I bought a 20 year old house with very noisy garage doors, I wasn’t sure if they had ever been serviced so I reached out to schedule an appointment. It was very easy to schedule online and I received multiple appointment reminders. Matt came to service my doors and was very communicative and made quick work with getting my rollers changed out and servicing the springs. Fair price and excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend this company!

We had a spring snap and our door wouldn't open. Matthew was out and finished installing 2 new springs in about 90 mintues from the time i called. This is the second time we have used BT1 and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Upfront with costs and no hidden fees. Will continue to use them in the future.

He took the time to explain the issue with our garage door, walked us through the repair process, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. BT1 is just amazing! My garage door collapsed while I was out of town. I was in a panic mode because I had just sold my house and closing was 5 days away. I called BT1 and they came out to look at it and repaired it the next day. They are also Great with their prices for a new Door and Service. Jacob is the Man!! Repaired it in a hour. I called at 7.15 pm. Matthew was at my house by 8.30 am the next day. He changed both springs out in 20 minutes and it's working perfectly. He also pointed out a few things to watch for and ways i can mitigate issues myself. Fast and reliable.

Phillip deserves a raise! He was on time, efficient, and a skilled technician. He worked quickly, but did not rush even though we were his last stop on his schedule. Would recommend BT1 to anyone looking for garage door repair.

Excellent service & repair response by Phillip at BT1. Had to have replacement & repair on my garage door openers. Phillip was able to quickly diagnose the issues after a lightning surge. (Had to have a motor replaced on one, and a new circuit board on the other). Would definitely recommend BT1.
