I recently had one of their locksmiths come out to make a key for my old car, they couldn’t make one for the ignition which is fine, they attempted to get me a key for the doors and trunk. Instead of just saying no he cant do it the locksmith ended up destroying the paint around the lock to remove it and the lock is not installed correctly and the key only works on the trunk. I paid $250 for a damaged trunk and lock. Would’ve preferred if he just charged me the fee to check it out and leave.

Hello Zach, thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify the timeline of this service. Our technician informed you upon arrival that he did not have experience with your 1994 vintage vehicle,and advised against proceeding. You insisted that he make you a key for the trunk anyway. And you said that you would do the ignition switch yourself. He wants to the best for you and you were ok with him leaving when he done even when he asked you multiple times if you need more help. Our technician did the best under those stated constraints and successfully provided a working trunk key. If you would like to discuss this further please call our office at 720-372-8021

Deceptive pricing and poor service I had a terrible experience with this locksmith. Initially, he promised to cut my key for free if I ordered it myself and met him. However, when I met him, he charged me $133 to cut two keys. One of those keys was cut incorrectly, and he told me to order another and meet him again for cutting. While searching for a replacement, I discovered I could buy a new key from the manufacturer for just $20. I requested a refund since I ended up spending over $150 for one good key, but he ignored my request completely. A legitimate locksmith later made me a copy for under $9. Avoid this BS Locksmith and save yourself the hassle!
