A newbie turned BRP addict! I joined BRP a month ago and I am fast becoming an addict! I thought I was someone who was naturally weak but already I feel so much stronger. Paul is excellent - knowledgable, encouraging and dedicated. He has built a lovely culture in the gym that spills over to all members and the environment feels very supportive and encouraging to all levels. It is also good value because it feels like 1:1 PT attention but group class prices. I’m definitely a convert, I look forward to my classes very day and week and I’m so glad I found BRP. 5 stars!

Best Gym in Dublin by a mile. Paul and Martha are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and genuinely invested in helping every member reach their personal goals, whether that’s building strength, improving fitness, or simply getting healthier. Every session is thoughtfully structured, challenging, and motivating. The facilities are equipped with everything you need for your training within a friendly atmosphere with a great group of members.

I cannot recommend body rock performance gym enough. I attend the amazing yoga classes in the evening time and the yoga instructors are so friendly, supportive and encouraging. I always feel uplifted after each class.

If you're looking for a gym in the locality, then this is as good as it gets! 6 stars from me! Almost 3years there now. Paul, Martha and Jack are exceptional and go out of their way to keep a close eye on your progress. They will assess your personal goal and tailor a program to suit your needs. This is a gym for all levels of ability and that's what makes it unique and so personal. If you have the desire to start from the very beginning or at your current fitness level, then it caters for all. What more can I say than this, if there was a life membership, I'd be the 1st in the cue

I find the yoga classes at body rock amazing The Tuesday night classes with Sarah are pitched perfectly to combine strengthening, balance. stretching and relaxation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bodyrock to anyone considering beginners yoga.

I absolutely love the evening Hatha Yoga classes here! The full 60-minute sessions are perfectly balanced — a great mix of stretching, relaxation, and gentle strength work. I always leave feeling both calm and re-energized. The class ends with a bit of meditation and chanting, which really helps me unwind after a busy day. Highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to relax and reset in the evenings.

I joined Body Rock this year and really enjoy the small group sessions that Paul runs. There’s a great motivational atmosphere and a lovely group of people. Paul pushes us but at the same time is careful to mind any problems - I’ve a couple of knee and back niggles and he always swaps out any exercises for ones that suit me better each time. I always leave feeling that I’ve had a great workout.

A gym that genuinely caters for everyone based on what you’re trying to achieve and in every class manages to get the best out of everyone. Supportive but drives you, fun but hard work, consistent but with variety and really really welcoming!

Best gym I’ve ever used. Paul is an expert in his field and has created a superb environment to train in. Super classes and a great energy in the room. Most people who join never leave. I’d recommend it to everyone.

I can’t recommend BodyRock Gym highly enough! It is a great space for one on one sessions, it has plenty of group classes, it’s very well equipped and has a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I was never great at staying consistent in the gym but Paul has helped turn that around. Paul is incredibly friendly, professional, and super experienced. He tailors every workout to my goals, keeps sessions challenging but enjoyable, and genuinely cares about helping his clients make progress. His knowledge and positivity have made all the difference to my time at the gym!

I find my classes in Body-rock challenging always, and the expertise and attention to each movement that Paul encourages is excellent! I feel my body is doing each movement in as near to perfect as I can. You show up, work hard in a welcoming environment. Paul’s knowledge and the interest he shows makes Body-Rock the go to gym in the Dublin 4 area!

I am relatively new to Body Rock, I joined over the summer but in a very short space of time I see a huge change in my strength and fitness. When I started I was on the back of a long stretch of sickness and I had an old shoulder injury which was bothering me. I felt really supported in getting back into training which had been sporadic in the months before I joined. I love the group training as it gives a sense of community and camaraderie as we push to strive to train harder, more effectively and with our own abilities in mind. Paul and his team never fail to give expert guidance and modifications during training session to help ensure tweaks are made when necessary to keep you moving in the right direction! All and all it’s been a brilliant experience and I love getting up in the morning to train before I start the day. It sets you up physically and mentally for the day ahead and you always leave with a spring in your step after being put through your paces. It’s a fantastic gym with a great positive atmosphere where everyone cheers each other on! Thanks team Body Rock!

I started training in Body Rock Performance over 3 years ago and it has been so good for me in every way - my fitness, attitude, health and my tennis! Paul, Marta and Jack have built a great community, classes are challenging and I’ve learnt so much about training, nutrition and health. Paul is so good at what he does and has helped me through various injuries. The gym schedule and choice of classes really work for me and have helped me to be consistent. I can’t recommend this gym enough, I wish I had joined sooner.

I started at BRP over a year ago now and I haven’t looked back since. I knew from when I first met Paul that this was more than a typical gym class. Paul took time to understand my goals, what works for me and took into account any old injuries I had. And so I feel confident during the sessions, knowing that Paul is monitoring and making adjustments where necessary, whilst all the time pushing me to my limits which I love! I feel stronger, fitter and more energised as a result. There is also great camaraderie in the classes which gives a great sense of community and belonging and not intimidating like some gym classes can be. I can highly recommend joining BRP!
