I bought a VW Jetta comfort/sport line 2024. I liked the professional service and the not/not pushy attitude. Present the product show what it can do and let the customer decide. That to me is the right approach to making a sale.
On the other hand not being familiar or comfortable with APP and stuff on iPhone, I know I am not going to use any of it. I will simply go with what is in the car itself. The problem with the APP is the constant request for personal information and VIN number etc. What a pain. VW should think about making it simpler and easier to use for customers/drivers. Thank God we still have access to a Owner's Manual you can read without going to that stupid APP. Whoever techie developed this never thought for one moment that real people would have to use it. Otherwise it's a good car.

Soo recently, I bought Jetta from Brown's Volkswagen. My experience with this dealership was amazing all because of Richard, Colin, and Stiana. Richard and Colin were so amazing, and with their great customer service, this deal went too well. And talking about Stiana, she is such a great person she was really helpful and all because of her I got the car. The car is amazing without any flaws. They gave me this car at such good price and plus other services also. I would recommend that if you are planning to buy a car new or used, you should consider Brown's Volkswagen first number on your list.

Sold my girlfriend a used Jetta. They told her when she bought the car everything was original. The windshield detached from the front car and she brought it in for repair. She discovered the windshield was not original. She was still under warranty however, but they declined to pay for the windshield repair cause it was an after market windshield. Even though they sold the car to her and stated it was original. They said they would contact her back but it's been months and they never called back. Terrible customer service and had contacted them several times with no follow up. Do not buy a used car from them
