Shameful!! I gave 1 star ONLY because it wouldn’t let me rate lower! There are more details to this story but I’m going to make it short and to the point! Here’s the thing…owning a vehicle comes with unexpected expenses, I get it! While on vacation here in PEI from NL, I required a VW dealership to inspect a clunking noise in my Tiguan. Upon inspection, I was told that the estimate for repairs would be $2383.17 to repair a strut(the cause of the noise) and while further inspection, they said it required more repairs. Sean MacIsaac from Summerside Hyundai offered to have his technician have a look at it. Well, the technician also found the cause of the noise…2 loose bolts!!! Explain to me how this happened? How does a dealership get away with charging a customer this insane amount to repair something that isn’t broken?? Please PLEASE get a second opinion on repairs!! It saved me nearly $2400. I will never recommend Brown’s VW to anyone!

I bought a VW Jetta comfort/sport line 2024. I liked the professional service and the not/not pushy attitude. Present the product show what it can do and let the customer decide. That to me is the right approach to making a sale. On the other hand not being familiar or comfortable with APP and stuff on iPhone, I know I am not going to use any of it. I will simply go with what is in the car itself. The problem with the APP is the constant request for personal information and VIN number etc. What a pain. VW should think about making it simpler and easier to use for customers/drivers. Thank God we still have access to a Owner's Manual you can read without going to that stupid APP. Whoever techie developed this never thought for one moment that real people would have to use it. Otherwise it's a good car.

Soo recently, I bought Jetta from Brown's Volkswagen. My experience with this dealership was amazing all because of Richard, Colin, and Stiana. Richard and Colin were so amazing, and with their great customer service, this deal went too well. And talking about Stiana, she is such a great person she was really helpful and all because of her I got the car. The car is amazing without any flaws. They gave me this car at such good price and plus other services also.
