I have used Browning Law now several times. My cousin also hired him years ago. I have recommended his office now to so many people because I believe he works hard, he cares and the results speak for themselves. Everyone that I sent to him was happy with the results Allen achieved for them. He simply won't take you on if he knows he can't win, but if he does, he is going to win. This last time I hired him, I, aka "The Sign Snatcher", hired him to defend me. Allen Browning himself came to my hearings except one time that he was unavailable and sent one of his other attorneys to my court hearing. The system was set on making an example out of me for picking up some political signs on the sides of public roads. I knew that placing those signs on the sides of the roads required permission from the county and I knew that most, if not all, of the political signs being placed on the sides of the road were being done without permission, I didn't know that it was illegal to pick them up without permission. That being said they hit me hard resulting in having probation and a large payment to pay. Allen fought as best as he could and I believe we got the best possible outcome. It was a pleasure to work with him and I recommend Allen Browning if you're looking for the best. I do believe that if I had hired anyone else my situation would have been much worse. After this situation he also helped me restore my gun rights. Thank you Allen for all that you do. I do appreciate it.

Save your money people. This attorney works hand in hand with the prosecutor to ensure your conviction. My original charges consisted of 4 felonies with 2 enhancements. The only evidence was testimonial. As the case went on the witness disappeared and my attorney was still trying to get me to take two felonies with zero evidence. The prosecutor asked for the case to be continued so many times that my own attorney told me we had to extend to help the prosecutor find there witness. The case would go much better that way. Only because I told my attorney several times no felonies was it reduced when this was an easy dismisal. Save your money people. Next. Reply to reply: curious what it takes to be a verified client? More than 8 grand?

Mr Browning was it very helpful. Identity had been stolen by someone who was evading felony arrest. I have been a social worker in Idaho Falls for a total of 20 years and these false charges put my job at risk.
