My Mother passed away a few days before we were heading off to Scotland throwing a bit of a curve ball into the mix, however with little time to spare Brown Family Funerals response was nothing short of remarkable. The care & support received from Courtney & the team at Brown Family Funeral pulled out all the stops to ensure that our imminent departure stayed on track, went completely out of their way for us to be able to take her ashes with us on the flight back home. Due to those super human efforts of Brown Family Funerals, Mum rejoined her family & ancestors, placed in the same plot where both parents & sister were laid to rest, a space on the headstone to commererate her presence, alongside many generations of family before at the Kirk in the village where born. This was such a wonderfully fitting conclusion to complete & honour her life, she would've been delighted knowing this, that Brown Family Funerals made possible....maybe she does !! Forever Grateful, James Rutherford & Clan Buchan.
