Andy was absolutely fabulous. Having a little girl we were pretty upset at having a rat issue, but he quickly put our minds at ease. He used a variety of methods, and rat proofed our house, and the problem was gone in under two weeks. He was reliable and friendly throughout. We were actually on holiday for some of the time, and he came and did what he needed whilst we were away, keeping us informed throughout. I can't recommend Brough Pest Control highly enough.
Contacted Andy at Brough pest control , because we had an Ant(crawlers and Flying) problem. He came promptly that evening and sprinkled some ant bate in the area of their entry and activity in our kitchen. It took 3 weeks for the nest to be infiltrated, with the poison from ants taking the bate (food) back to the nest. Thank fully all gone now and thank you to Andy for his help and advice.
First time I’ve used Andy for a pest problem we had. From the first conversation we had he was so easy to deal with. Andy replied to my call straight away and arrived at my house shortly after - even though it was early evening! Set up traps around the perimeter and immediately set my mind at rest that the " pest " would be apprehended and dispatched!! Fantastic service- have no reservations in recommending !
Andy was really helpful. he came out the same day I called, to help me with this problem I had with bee’s. Andy was polite & friendly and explained what he had done to ensure the bee’s did not return. I would recommend his services to anyone having an issue and needing help asap. thank you again ++

Glad Andy was able to assist you promptly and effectively. We wanted to share that only the dead bees were vacuumed up, while the live ones were removed from the window and safely re-released. It seems the nest was likely in the loft, and the bees managed to gain entry through the light fitting, which we've now sealed to prevent future issues.
