I have been going to this dental practice for nearly 2 years and I have no complaints whatsoever. From the moment I'm greeted by Esther, who is very sweet, at the front desk till I'm seen by Dr Amy who has a kind and gentle manner while she's working on my teeth until I'm ready to make a future appointment and head home, it feels very seamless and efficient. I would recommend this practice to anyone who doesn't want to feel like just another number to be called in to be seen. I feel very well taken care of when I come here.

I’ve been a patient of Dr H for over 20 years. During this time he and his wonderful team have provided exceptional, above and beyond service to my family and I.
Going to the dentist is an unpleasant experience for many- but I can assure you that if given the opportunity, Dr H , Dr Amy and Esther will treat you like a VIP.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I went in for wisdom teeth removal and left with a chipped molar that was not an issue before surgery. When I brought it up, the receptionist and doctor were dismissive and suggested it did not happen during the procedure multiple times.
I returned less than a week later and they shaved the tooth down without clearly acknowledging what happened during the surgery and continued to say that it might have already been chipped.
At my post-op appointment, there was more confusion. The receptionist said I was scheduled, then the doctor said it had been canceled. And after waiting for 45 minutes I was finally seen.
Overall, the communication, accountability, and customer service were poor. I felt unheard and uncomfortable and will not be returning.
The staff here are incredibly welcoming and wonderful. My parents have been coming for many years and recommended this practice to me highly. From the moment I arrived, Esther made me feel like part of the family, and Dr. Amy’s warmth, humor, and thoroughness put me completely at ease while addressing all my concerns. I’m thrilled to have found my new dental home!

I cannot recommend this dental office more than I do now. This is a solid family Practice and they've treated me honestly and fairly.
They discussed options for treatment, timelines, managing costs, and lastly referred me to specialists to handle complex cases.
I couldn't ask for better dentists... 10/10.

As someone who has not always enjoyed going to the dentist's office I love going to Brooklyn Smile. I have gone to the office several times for treatments and each with a very positive experience. The office is nice and clean, the appointments are always on time, and the priority is always given to the patient's comfort. The quality of work is outstanding. I have always been treated well from the moment I come in until the visit is done.
