City Line Florist has beautiful flowers for every occasion of our lives.This was birthday delivery for my mom.The owner was very friendly and amazing to work with my budget.The flowers were delivered with joy to my mom.There were so many flower arrangements.You could see that it was very clean.You can see and love the fresh scent of gorgeous flowers as soon you walk into this shop.
Pretty awesome experience! I live out of state and needed to find a florist to send my relatives something nice on a very difficult day. I called and Josephine was amazing! She put together this amazing bouquet! And later on that day, I got phone calls from my brothers stating how much they each love the flowers and how big and beautiful they are! They could not get over the wonderful arrangements and were surprised that its beautiful size. Josephine sent me pictures of what it would look like before it went out, but the final result was 10 times better! Thank you very much for making that difficult day for my family a lot nicer with the touch of sweetness!
Do not order flowers from here, because of the unprofessional attitude towards customers. I ordered flowers for my wife on Mother’s Day and she received no calls upon delivery. However, the delivery was found outside the house in the garden. They charged me $89 m.95, for 8 roses. Moreover, I ask the owner how long will it take to deliver the flowers to my wife and he said “two hours”, that was a lie. Two hours past and I called the business owner again and his words were “delivery will get there when it gets there”. Plus my name was spelled incorrectly, after I spelled it twice for the business owner.
I will never order flowers from this business establishment again.
This is how my name is spelled Alwyn. This is my first and last time ordering flowers from here. I am a truck driver and I’m across country at the moment, but I know better now and will spend my money elsewhere!

Hi Alwyn, I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. There are various flowershops named City Line Florist and I believe you have posted your review to the wrong store. We are located on Liberty Ave, in Brooklyn, NY. We do not sell flowers arranged like the one in your picture and our cards are not printed that way. We use smaller 3.5 inch cards for messages. I Just want to say we order some sympathy flowers wreath for my Aunt funeral and we was all blown away of the beautiful and delicate arrangements that we was given. They customer service was 10 out of 10, the understanding and concern about our needs we're immaculate. And they reassure us that everything would be fine. And they went above and beyond. I live out of state and ordered an arrangement online for a loved one's funeral. I placed my order online, called to confirm, and they were so nice! They offered the best customer service and even called me back to ask some helpful questions! They also move very quickly. I placed my order at 12pm and my flowers were hand delivered by 2pm to the funeral home the same day! Thank you so much to City Line Florist. It means the world!
My family has been using this florist for years. Cannot say enough wonderful things. I remember coming here as a little girl with my mom and grandma and many years later I still don’t trust anyone else with my floral needs.
