We used Bromley Pumbers to fix our leaking overflow pipe as an emergency and then had them back to replace both water tanks in the loft. On both occasions their work was excellent, they were very efficient and showed an attention to detail. They gave us details in advance of the costs and provided us with before and after photos. We will definitely use them in the futute
I could not recommend Bromley Plumbers enough, Jack runs the company so efficiently it’s a breath of fresh air dealing with such a professional and efficient company. Bill attended my home to repair my toilet, he had to come back & forth twice to obtain parts as it was such a tricky job but he did it with a smile and it did not feel like any hassle whatsoever.
It’s lovely to deal with a company who don’t try to use plumbing lingo as a customer we don’t understand. They explain everything in depth and ensure you understand before they leave the job.

Done investigation cut hole in bathroom wall, never came back with any quotes. Had to call another plumber who sorted out leak and repaired it. Spoken to plumbers who have resolved the financial situation. This was exceptable

Very pleased with service provided. I called Bromley Plumbers for a blocked toilet. They came out the same afternoon and found the blockage very quickly. They produced a detailed report along with the invoice. Fairly priced and sent a payment link that was easy to use. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use them again.
Excellent service from start to finish. Tom arrived on time, was very professional, and unblocked the main toilet pipe quickly and efficiently. Craig replaced two taps for us, swapped isolator valves, and fitted a new mains stopcock on an older plumbing system. He worked efficiently, explained what needed doing, and completed everything to a high standard. The work wasn’t straightforward, but he handled it professionally and everything has been running perfectly since.
One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the quoted price included VAT upfront, just for clarity.
Overall, really happy with the work and would use Craig again.
Today was the second time I needed a plumber - their service is second to none. Both occasions I had a very polite and efficient plumber. They explained everything in detail and how much everything would cost. Both jobs were completed on the day. They both left no trace they had been and offered me invaluable advice

What excellent customer service I received yesterday, regarding a leaking pipe, from Jack who organized a prompt visit to Craig the plumber investigating and sorting the complex problem. Craig was very competent, kept me informed throughout and was so tidy. I was so very pleased throughout. Thank you.
