I used this company for a Trace & Access investigation concerning a concealed water leak, and I’ve had a really positive experience. Michael, the plumber who attended, was excellent — friendly, professional, and clearly very good at what he does. He explained everything clearly and carried out the work thoroughly. Jake in the office was also brilliant, and very helpful when arranging bookings. A really smooth and reassuring experience.

We live in Bickley and today the expert technician came on time. No delays. No mess. Good and Honest approach. Gave me the diagnose and options right away for me to decide. Sadly there was not much to do to my dishwasher but a likely retirement. However their quick and sincere approach ( rather than faking to do nothing much : trust me I had other people coming who did that ) will make me choose them again! 100% recommend them!

Michael came round today to fix a leak in our toilet. He was on time (actually a little bit early) he was professional, friendly, explained everything clearly and in detail and got the job done to a high standard. He was friendly and polite and a pleasure to have in the house while he fixed the toilet. He cleared up any mess and got rid of all packaging. Highly recommended! Thanks so much Michael
