Tom was able to come out same day and solve our drain problem quickly and, more importantly, without any mess! He explained what he was doing and about the infrastructure of our pipework, as well as how to avoid a recurrence of the problem.

Excellent service provided by Jake from Bromley Plumbers. They were fast and efficient in handling the initial call, and were very quick in attending and completing the work. The quote was very fair and reasonable. I would recommend Bromley Plumbers most highly.

My toilet was leaking and I was recommended this company. They came out very quickly and were super polite. The man came with a young apprentice which is always nice to see. He showed me exactly what the problem was, discussed options, went out and got parts very quickly, and was very reasonably priced HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Today Tom helped me plumb in my new fridge freezer. He also managed to relocate the water filter so I can change the filter myself with a minimum of fuss which is amazing as it has been a real issue for me in the past. Always friendly and willing to help. No job is too small. would definitely use them again.

Replacement immersion heater (BR5)
I got an appointment within 24 hours which I thought was pretty good service to start with. Stuart and his colleague arrived and immediately went about replacing the immersion heater. He tackled issues as they arose expertly and effectively and my immersion heater was replaced in under an hour. I would not hesitate to use Bromley Plumbers again and based on my experience today would certainly recommend them to others.

Tom arrived as schedule to fix the cold water tap at the bathroom sink. The taps needed to be replace, Tom kindly made a suggestion and asked my opinion. I am very pleased with the replacement taps - much earlier to operate. Job well done! Tom was friendly and polite.
