Bridy Brothers Pest Control is the most knowledgeable and professional pest control company I have ever had service my home. They are very thorough in their inspections and analysis. They identify the pest, determine the root cause of the pest problem, and provide a comprehensive plan for how to eradicate the pest problem. Their deep and extensive expertise and customer-centered approach are second to none!
We have their termite service. They only come to check the bait stations once a year and everytime they do they can't even manage to check them all (and they installed them so they should have a record of where all of them are). This year's visit was just a week ago and the technician missed almost half of the stations then just left without coming back inside to talk to us (which he said he'd do). Then when we called to complain we never heard anything back and no one ever came back out to check the other stations!
Brody Brothers is the real deal. I’ve been using them since we did a 90% renovation on the home we purchased. We’ve been in the house now for a year. We originally had them do an interior work because the house was in rough shape and then combined both interior and exterior but after a year we are pretty much only outside perimeter control. The techs are knowledgeable and communicative. All at a very competitive price. I highly recommend.
