This review is long overdue. I contacted this company about a month or a few weeks before my move. Jessie was the one that answered the call, and he was extremely kind and professional, within minutes, my move was booked, and Jessie was very informative on what they offered. On the day of my move, 3 men named Edgar, TK, and Tim arrived. Each one of them was extremely professional, and handled all my things with the extreme care. I was a little nervous at first since I ran out of time and some of my things weren’t packed, but the guys reassured me not to worry, and they helped pack the rest of my things with care. I can’t say enough about this company and Edgar, TK and Tim, they were all awesome and made my move SO much easier. It was a joy to have them help me, and I highly recommend this company for anyone that has to move. You seriously won’t regret it!

These guys were incredible. We used the packing services first before the move. I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency of their packing. The actual move itself was just as impressive. Ben Johnson and his team (I can’t recall their names) were all fast and professional. We had zero issues with anything that was moved (which is a first for me). It was by far the best experience I’ve had with a moving company and if I move again I will absolutely be using them.

The guys were awesome, friendly and efficient. It ended up costing more than my estimate, but it was a complicated move and I get it. I would definitely use Broad Street Movers again.

Really great experience from beginning to end with these movers. Initial conversation, quote, and a very full day of moving went really smoothly. Swan, Ben, and David did a fantastic job despite the cold and rain and got this move done! Would highly recommend!! Thank you!

I have been moving frequently because of my job and Broad Street Movers helped moved me a few times in the past few years in and out of state. My most recent move was yesterday. They are very organized and it is always a breeze to work with them. Jesse is patient and on top of things, and communicate very clearly the cost of each of my move. My movers who helped me moved yesterday: Ben, Pete and Matisse were punctual, respectful, organized and very efficient. It was drizzly yesterday and they put down drop cloths in my new place and they were mindful to keep my place clean. I really appreciate that: it is as close to the traditional Japanese Movers experience as I can get in this area with amazingly affordable prices. I highly recommend their services and I will use them again.

I have used Broad Street movers twice now and cannot recommended them highly enough!! They are incredibly professional, have great customer service and are very easy to work with. When I caused a slight hiccup in the plans in my most recent move, they could not have been kinder or more accommodating about it - they made what could have been a stressful situation much less stressful and I’m grateful to have worked with such a great group!
