I was recommended Chris's services by friends when remortgaging in 2022 and he did not disappoint. Everything was made clear, we had a chat about my needs on phone and the forms were easy to fill out. He took time to answer all my questions and provide extra information when needed. He had my options back to me within 24 hours as promised and I secured a much better rate. It was a no brainer to use his services again in 2025 when buying a new property with my husband. Definitely worth talking to and makes mortgage acquisition so much easier.

First rate service from start to finish. The portal to upload our data was straight forward and easy to use. There was a very swift turn around on being provided with the mortgage options available once I had uploaded all data, with Chris being readily available to talk things through to ensure I was being recommended the right product tailored to my needs. We had a few delays with finances our side required to complete our mortgage application, in which Chris was very patient and supporting when needed. Once the mortgage application was submitted, Chris and Deb managed my expectations accordingly on the process and timings for a response, whilst being on hand to deal with any interim questions I had. Our mortgage application was successful and we are now living in our new dream home. Can’t Thank BR Needham enough for an exceptional customer experience :)

I had a unique situation where I was moving back to the UK, but remaining on an international contract from another country. I was working with one of the big banks, and after weeks and weeks of dragging the process, right at the end they offered a really poor mortgage. It wasn't enough to buy the house, and with the time they had wasted, I was at risk of losing the purchase, and not having a home for my family in 2 months! I was introduced to Chris, and he was AMAZING. He Had empathy, he understood the goal, and he had a really great network with many lenders where we had close relationships that he could leverage. He found a mortgage lender who would work with us, and he saw it through to completion in a really quick time. We were able to manage it all from abroad. We moved in on time, with a great interest rate! I would recommend Chris to anyone, and especially those looking to relocate back to the UK who may not have a 'standard situation' of living in the UK with a UK job.

Making sure your finances align as expected, represent ourselves as good candidates or looking deeper into the future and considering whether you can hang on to this. As a first-time buyer who knew almost nothing about mortgages or the process of buying a house, Chris has been super helpful explaining everything and walking me through the entire process and my different options.
