When I moved to Oroville many years ago, everyone said take your car to Brigg's if it needs work. Never had any problems with Brigg's and family, super friendly staff. I will always choose Brigg's Firestone for any auto work I need, best auto shop in Oroville.

Been bringing our vehicles here for a long time, always very happy, they do great work , as a former mechanic i can say im very picky about where I took my vehicles, once I found this shop ,I've been a loyal customer, before you trust any upset customer reviews, just go in make your own judgements because this is one of the most professional shops in the area, no business is going to make 100% of people happy, but put feelings aside because this shop dose great work,there trusted in our community for years, anyway local knows this is the go to shop.

Unprofessional and incompetent sums these guys up pretty well. They used to be very reputable, however it seems times have changed. They tell me bring in my vehicle multiple times just to look at me like a deer in headlights. These guys seem absolutely clueless unless it's an easy fix on Google or YouTube we can do ourselves. Save yourself some time and money and take your vehicle somewhere else, anywhere else or you will be wasting your time. Briggs must stand for clowns in some other language
