I recently contacted Bridgewater glass for the safety glass for our Juliette balcony doors on our loft conversion. From my first phone call to the final fit, I experienced a flawless service. An excellent company, trustworthy, and not money-minded. I went to Bridgewater glass because we had a problem with our door. It was hard to double lock because it had slightly dropped. They came quickly and fixed the problem. Even though the job was done fast - (they adjusted a screw). When I went to thier office, I didn't have to pay anything. I highly recommend Bridgewater glass because they 're not after the money but truly genuine service, quality work and very helpful and friendly people.

From quote to finished job it was a great experience. They were called out to a couple of broken windows. After glazer pulled off site, my dog decided to put his paw through the dining room window pane. They came back straight away and replaced the glass within the original quote. Highly recommended. Very pleasant staff and excellent service
The locking mechanism on the small top window of my bathroom was broken and I was anticipating having to organise a replacement. Bridgewater Glass came and fixed the problem within 2/3 minutes. Very pleasant staff and excellent service - how unusual is it to be able to say that nowadays

Brilliant service. I didn’t want to use companies like safestyle or Anglian. Arranging and installing a new front door was easy. Quality of the workmanship is first class. They also renewed my back door by replacing a upvc panel with toughened glass. Now the old back door looks like new and lets in more daylight.
