I had Joe and Billy at my house today from Bridgewater Glass who came to fit all new windows in my upstairs rooms. They were extremely nice and very thoughtful of my son who has additional needs, replacing the windows in his room first to minimise his stress and the need for him to be in his room while they were in our house as my son is quite anxious about strangers.They were so curteous, nothing was too much trouble and they did an excellent job. They cleaned up beautifully and I'm very happy with my new windows. I highly recommend Bridgewater Glass

Had been having difficulty getting repair to our bay window double glazed units. Three of four top sections with coloured and leaded inserts had cracked or shattered over the years. Walked round the corner to Bridgewater's shop and bingo! Job arranged quickly, one window used to match the pattern and a few weeks later we have fine replacements. No mess, great friendly customer service and fair price. Many thanks.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Rob in particular was particularly helpful at every stage taking into account our special accessibility needs and making it all feel so easy. Great product at a good price and installed by excellent fitters who could not have been more helpful - leaving everything very clean and tidy. The whole experience was just outstanding and would highly recommend. The day our door was installed a complete stranger knocked to say how much they liked it asking for details.

I would highly recommend Bridgewater Glass. We needed some double glazing replacing and they were nothing but very responsive. I called the shop and a staff member always answered, if the right person was not available to take my call I would receive a call back. The turnaround time was very quick. They had given a time frame of when they would be arriving to fit and were punctual. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful service throughout, and fitted by two experienced and professional installers that cleared up thoroughly when finished.

Bridgewater we’re recommended by a friend after we had been let down last minute by one of the larger so-called reputable companies! BWG were friendly from the outset with no pushy sales pitch, just straightforward and a good competitive price. The surveyor and follow up visits were exactly when we wanted them and we even chose the day of the installation. We have pebble dash so there was inevitable damage at the installation stage which was beautifully and professionally restored before they left. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and followed each window install with a clean-up. It was honestly like they had never been there (apart from the lovely windows!). Needless to say we would definitely use them again and would highly recommend and we will use in the future. Other companies had told us that we needed scaffolding and that we would need to remove our shutters before the install. BWG did everything without any of that and the shutters weren’t damaged in any way. Lots of companies out there trying to take advantage of people - this company isn’t one of them! Highly recommended. Sincere thanks.

They don't ever answer the phone when you ring, or when they say they will ring you back you don't hear nothing for weeks. The only way to really get hold of them is to go in the store

Very happy with their work and done at a reasonable price.
We had two broken panes of glass in our bedroom wardrobe suites, one, plain bevelled glass, the other dark tinted. Took a bit of time for them to get hold of the tinted glass, but they repaired both mirrors and now installed back in the bedrooms.
they match the remaining mirrors in the suites perfectly. So pleased we used them and a definite 5 out of 5 from us.
