Jordan is such a fantastic personal trainer. I started training with him 5 weeks ago and the results have been really brilliant. The private sessions are challenging while still being a lot of fun - it’s been amazing to have such a tailored plan, with frequent check ins on progress and nutrition. As someone who has mostly focused on cardio in the past, he’s massively helped introduce weight training into my routine - something that I would have found intimidating in a busy, public gym. From the very first session, he pays attention to personal fitness goals and is able to work with you to achieve them, no matter if you’re a beginner or a seasoned gym go-er. Really looking forward to continue training with Jordon long term - would 100% recommend!

Started with jordan 3 weeks ago and have already lost 5kg. Never been to the gym before so had no idea what to do but jordan eased me into and made me feel really comfortable. I feel so much better in myself since starting. Jordan allows you to take you’re time if you’re struggling and won’t rush you and on the plus side the gym is very private if you’re not comfortable in busy situations.

Jordan is a very knowledgeable PT who has a real passion for helping others to achieve the best they can. With a previous medical history and being very heavy Jordan took it all in his stride taking note of all my medical issues and conducting research to ensure I was not going to be stretching my body beyond its limit. The environment is very private and has showers/toilets. It’s nice to train somewhere without people everywhere on their phones and standing around machines like a commercial gym. He also has all the equipment, knowledge and an app to keep track of your nutrition. I have had a great experience so far with Jordan as I go through my weight loss journey and would recommend him to anyone looking to make a lifestyle change.

Jordan is by far one of the best PT’s I’ve come across! I reached out to Jordan sometime last year for help on how to lose weight and to become a better version of myself (physically & mentally). I completed a 12 week program with Jordan, having 2 sessions per week. Jordan was absolutely amazing & fitted my sessions around my different shifts I had daily due to my job role. Jordan has his own unit gym with shower facilities which was perfect for me as I wasn’t the biggest fan of the typical gym environment. Jordan gave me different meal ideas that would be good for my fitness journey - but he was never strict on diet!! During my time with Jordan he was super patient, by letting me go at my own pace and allowing breaks when I needed them. I finished my 12 week program middle of December 2023 & I’m carrying on my fitness journey at the gym. Taking all the skills and knowledge I learnt and putting it into practice. I can’t thank Jordan enough for all his help and support through my 12 week program!! Generally wouldn’t have been able to do it without your guidance.

I took out a 3 month programme with Jordan, I am going through the menopause and was feeling really fed up of feeling tired, having no energy and the way I looked. I am now on week 7 and am so pleased with the results so far. I have far more energy and I’ve already dropped a dress size. I am feeling and looking so much better and now other people are noticing how much better I look! Jordan is an excellent personal trainer, very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease He adjusts the sessions to suit you as an individual and is very helpful with food diet. I really enjoy going to my sessions, They never feel like a chore and I will continue to train with Jordan after I have completed this 3 month program! I can highly recommend him 🤗

I trained with Jordan as I need to lose weight and gain muscle and I couldn’t recommend him enough. I had no idea about fitness and nutrition when I started working with him. He listened to my goals which were constantly changing and tailored my sessions accordingly, I loved working out with him and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Jordan of Arundel performance is a fantastic personal trainer really good at keeping you motivated to hit your goals with excellent knowledge of fitness and nutrition I booked the 12 week course went from 92kg to 77kg .. 💪awesome private gym with enough variety of equipment to suit most needs

Jordan really helped my confidence and helped me to like the gym as i didnt like going in to the public gym, the private setting helped me so much!
