We booked Tom from Brickyard Studios to help with sound support for our wedding day in Somerset this August, after seeing what an absolutely incredible job he did with the sound engineering at my brother's wedding two years ago. We were looking for a safe pair of hands and true professional, and knew that Tom was THE man for the job.
Safe to say, he did not disappoint!! The biggest, most heartfelt thank you to Tom for everything he did to help us have honestly the most brilliant day ever. He was so helpful across the two days, arriving on Friday afternoon for a full soundcheck and ceremony rehearsal to make sure that everyone playing music and giving speeches felt supported, clear on what they were doing, and comfortable with the levels etc.
On the day itself, every single guest could hear every word and note - and we've been to so many other weddings where that's absolutely not a given, so we were so thrilled to have such good sound quality throughout. On top of that, he didn't bat an eyelid moving speakers around the venue so that we could set the vibe with great tunes throughout the day wherever we were having drinks reception etc., and he was on hand to magic up extra mics, leads etc. for Friday night speeches. We felt in such safe hands, Tom just made it all happen without us having to worry about a thing - truly one of the most reliable, kind suppliers we worked with and we're beyond grateful. On top of that, by far the most competitively priced quote we received for sound engineering - absolutely incredible when you consider the level of service and how willing he is to go above and beyond.
10/10 recommendation - our best friend is already signed up to work with Tom for her wedding! And we'll continue to recommend him to anyone in need.
