Our agent Danielle was exceptionally friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the process! I found the use of virtual assistants and bots in the referencing process awkward and excessive - those steps certainly could have been simple forms - but Danielle was always able and willing to help when the system was complicated.
I had the pleasure of meeting Katherine who helped us with a viewing at Melbourne Studios. She was lovely and personable- explaining everything in detail.
She also gave us the relevant information and helped with the booking. Due to circumstances, the booking could not go through due to no fault of Katherine or Brick, as a result I was no longer renting with Melbourne studios. But she was absolutely lovely in liasing on my behalf with Melbourne Studios and helped me get my holding fee back- (this was an exceptional situation and not the norm).
I was impressed with how professional and reassuring she was of my situation despite me choosing to not go ahead with the booking. This is the true test of a good business and its employees- when they are professional and help you even when you will no longer require their services.

We had what I can only describe as the best flat viewing experiences with Danielle from Brick Management & Lettings in Birmingham.
The amount of effort and care she put into understanding exactly what we were looking for in terms of apartment locations and specifications was incredible.
