when my wife and son were in an accident on a holiday weekend, I sent 1 email at 2 or 3 am. By 10am on a Sunday Matt called me. Our cases took a lot of time, but we kept it out of litigation and both my wife and my son were very well taken care of. We got more than we could have hoped for. Words of advice, any bills, any written correspondence, immediately send it to your case manager or paralegal. They'll need it. Get all Dr determinations in writing for them as well. This will enhance your settlement options.

Only thing I regret is not calling sooner! We were hit in a hit and run. Their insurance definitely tried to not handle anything. Bretz was amazing at staying on top of it all AND keeping me informed since I had no idea what to expect. I hope I am never ever in this situation again. But if I am I am definitely calling Bretz first thing. Now for the obligatory “I don’t usually write reviews” statement…. Don’t hesitate. If they can help they will. Everyone is also amazingly nice!!!!!!!!

I was in a car wreck and totaled my Tahoe. Do to the injury I wasn't able to ride my motorcycle. I called Bretz on Saturday thinking I would get a call Monday. They called me on Sunday.
