I reached out to Donna after a tough break up with my girlfriend last summer. I think I hit her with some heavy, dark stuff in our very first session but she didn’t even flinch! I immediately felt hopeful “here’s someone who has heard it all..! maybe she can actually help me!?” And she did! Over the ensuing months she was there for me when I needed her; offering advice or just listening to my RANTS! I was feeling hopeless (obsessing and ruminating). Donna was able to help me feel better about myself and actually gave me hope that I would recover and of course get to a place where I could meet someone else. Thank you Donna!!

Change is not the hardest part of the process when it comes to growth and bettering yourself. Realizing what you need to change and understanding how to do it is where real skill is required. Donna takes the time to get to know the real you and has a unique way of making you feel comfortable about looking at yourself through a third person omniscient lens. She helped me realize that I was attracting the wrong people and worked with me to figure out the root issue of why this was happening. I came across Donna’s YouTube videos in 2017 while going through issues concerning the breakup of a relationship. I found her videos answered most of my questions, however, I was still seeking answers. I contacted Donna for a couple of coaching sessions and I was amazed by her candor and her friendliness! It truly is like talking to a best friend! Her advice has been relevant, her stories and anecdotes insightful and her willingness to stay connected and available extremely helpful. Four years later, I still have dating questions and go to Donna for answers...and she still remembers my past issues! LOL! I truly recommend Donna for help in all relationship areas - especially where there is doubt a relationship is right for me. Sometimes the best thing to do is “hit the pause button,” remind myself of my value and the goodness of my heart - and consider a breakup!
