We had to exchange a very old boiler and needed advise and guidance, being a business we need product knowledge and running advise for equipment already installed. It was a pleasure working Jake and his team, they acting on information we had and advised and the turnaround time was excellent managed to get the new boiler up and running within a few weeks of us getting the green light to proceed. The team turned and installed with in the day and cleaned as they went so left the site clear and tidy as they found it. Would defiantly recommend Heritage as your go too.

Heritage Gas Plumbing and Heating have been doing work for me for over a year now, ranging from new boiler installation, to fixing leaks and doing yearly inspections. They are ultra-responsive, good at solving issues and reasonably priced. Jake in particular has been an amazing point of contact, even in very urgent and stressful situations (like the leaks...). Very happy to fully endorse and recommend, based on my experiences.

Jake is a very professional and highly experienced plumber. We've moved into a new home with a high-tech commercial boiler not usually found in homes. Jake knew exactly how to program it, so we had hot water and thoroughly checked it was working efficiently before moving our washer and dryer into a new location. We had water running down the side of our house from an overflow pipe and couldn't turn it off ourselves. It wasn't an emergency but it needed fairly urgent attention. I was recommended to Jake who said he'd come at the end of the day after his other appointments. He duly arrived and although he didn't have the parts to fix the problem immediately, he said he would get them first thing the following day and return to fix the problem. By 10am the job was done! Jake was attentive and polite and did a great job. The added bonus was a very reasonable bill. We strongly recommend him and will certainly use him again.

What can I say except Jake was a true professional and gentlemen. I had several companies come out to me, to provide a quote, to remove 3 horizontal radiators and replace them with brand new vertical ones (including installing copper pipes and slightly moving the location of one of the rads). Out of these companies I found Jake to be very polite and professional and just a good guy kind of vibe. His work was solid and he completely cleaned up after himself. Initially we thought the job would be fairly straight forward but it turned out to be more intricate than anticipated and Jake took it in his stride and ensured he completed the job in its entirety. I couldn't recommend Jake enough. I will for sure be calling on him for future plumbing, heating and gas works.
