Break Coffee has amazing customer service! I became the point of contact for my employer to work with Walter and his team. Whenever there is an issue or we need items replenished the turnaround and assistance to get it done is always a priority for them. They are attentive and do their best to satisfy the customer.
I've had a great experience with Break Coffee in my office space. Their machines work well and they're a great option to have whole bean coffee. From an office manager side, they are excellent to work with as Walter, Luis, and the team are very quick to respond and reliable. If there are any issues with the machine, I can usually expect a solution same day, 24 hours the latest!
