They demanded to pay in full up front then didn't complete their job on time costing me another 12 k for another payment to the nursing home. I didn't seem to bother them at all. My last meeting ended with me telling them to show me where to sign then get out of my life! They are the worst!!

Bratton Law Group did an excellent job with my Will, Living Trust, Medical Directive, and other documents. I wanted to set things up in a bit of an unusual way. They walked me through the pros and cons explaining everything thoroughly. Then they found the best way to execute what I wanted. They were incredibly responsive to emails and questions. While it felt pricey at first, I also feel I received top notch service making the cost worth it in the end. If I need similar service in the future, I will return to them for sure.

The staff was extremely helpful in gathering information and pointing us in the right direction each phase of the application process. They were always ready to answer any questions we might have had concerning the application process. We couldn’t be more grateful and pleased! Plus they were always cheerful whenever we spoke with them which helped calm any concerns we may have had about the application process.
