Holly helped us design our rental home at Tall Timbers Branson. As I am out of state, Holly took over the house right after closing and handled all aspects of design, purchasing furniture, decor, and more. We shared our inputs over phone, but she made all the major tough decisions for us and the results were fantastic. Without Holly, it would have been extremely difficult since we are new to the short-term rental business and live out of state. We wanted a professional, unique look without compromising on comfort, and she absolutely nailed it.

Holly is amazing! She was super helpful picking out decor and helping me present an upscale, beautiful space. We worked together on a 12 unit motel conversion to boutique style rooms. She helped pick colors, design themes and work on interior design elements that are not my strong points.

OMG! I love this place because the people are just amazing. I am fairly insecure about interior decorating (normally fear very little, as I ran/owned a successful business in Scottsdale Az.) Holly was like having a great friend with you letting you know if a decision is an issue or if you should “go for it” when you hesitate and she thinks it would work. I was having a remodel done on a home in Theadosia and still living in Scottsdale! She would help with all the communication with the contractor, and even went out over 1 1/2 hours to meet me and help with the contractor at the home! I highly, highly recommend Branson Upstaging for any and all interior decorating needs!

Branson Upstaging was a smooth process from start to finish. The initial consultation was focused on a theme and our budget. Before we knew it, designer boards were formulated with our vision. We reviewed the ideas and proceeded to move forward. The budget was alway kept in mind and the schedule met our expectations. While there were slight changes or delays outside of Branson Upstaging’s control, we were notified immediately and the communication was always transparent. The end result is a beautifully staged condo that exceeded our expectations. We are so thankful for Branson Upstaging. I would highly recommend Branson Upstaging to anybody! Thank you so much! Holly was the perfect fit for us. We didn’t have time to be 100% involved in the project, and the way she handled our home was on point. She took this house and ran with it!! Initially knowing my style and what we were thinking, gave her the power to pick out furniture, get my thoughts, order, receive, and design. This summer I had the privilege of working with Holly to help us remodel an AirBNB in Branson owned by our family company, Near Me Real Estate, LLC. I had a lot of ideas and she helped bring it all to life. Besides just being so wonderful to work with, she had varying levels of her services that allowed me to have a hand in a lot of the design as well. Holly has such a good eye and helped me figure out all the furniture/decor. Holly was a pleasure to work with as we embarked on our new vacation rental condo. The condo needed work and the job seemed overwhelming but Holly amazingly put all the rooms together in a beautiful way and even had links so I could shop directly from the design boards. She was completely understanding of our budget and was very open-minded and understanding of any changes we wanted to make. I really would have had a hard time without her for sure! Holly spent some time with me to provide guidance on my move to a new condo in Branson. I was impressed with the preparation she did ahead of time and I used her ideas to begin my plan for updating the builder basic condo.
