I had a new roof put on six months ago. they screwed up my siding and have had three different people come out to try to fix it. Still not repaired and part of my siding has now completely blown off my house and is sitting in my backyard. I have tried calling, texting and emailing but no response. I paid more to this company compared to others to ensure the job would done right, apparently that was not the case.
Dishonest. Do not trust. Brandon J Roofing promised to replace my roof. Box of drip edge left on driveway. Never installed. Pressured me into higher priced shingles which I paid for. Standard shingles put on.
Promised high end hip ridge- standard hip ridge installed. No rain, ice shield put on. Poor quality flashing. Did not ever return.
Brandon J Roofing declared that the job was completed including downspouts. No downspouts were replaced. No damaged screen replaced. Brandon J Roofing lied about all work. Now they are suing for payment for work that was not done. Do not trust Brandon J Roofing.
Brandon J handled the roof, siding, guttering and the metal and wood wrap around the garage doors. They took care of all the insurance details with insurance and we were so pleased insurance covered all of the roof and majority of the siding cost for the entire house. They have teams dedicated to dealing with the insurance claims department which really paid off. We also added insulation for a reasonable price. We received excellent quality work on the roof and the siding. The roofers picked up the nails and did not hurt the lawn in the process. The entire job was completed just before winter weather hit. We are very pleased with their profesionalism and results. They took care of us through the entire process. Would highly recommend.
Brandon J Roofing has done a terrific job for us. Great quality materials and installation. Their crew was very respectful of us and our property. Working with Jamal White has been a pleasure - he was very knowledgable and has stayed on top of everything for us to ensure complete satisfaction.
I reached out to Ben Lambert, with Brandon J Roofing, this afternoon about my grandparents roof after almost three weeks of stress and being ignored by another company. I contacted him at 2:25 pm, he replied at 3:49 pm, and by 5 he had already made calls to get clarification on what was going on. By 6:04 pm he had made a few more. He didn’t speak legalese or bury me in confusing terms. He explained everything in plain language and finally helped me understand everything.
For the first time in weeks, I felt heard and supported. I completely recommend Ben for any roofing needs. His quick action, clear communication, expertise, and genuine willingness to help made a world of difference. My only complaint is that we did not find him sooner!

Here is my disaster story with Brandon J Roofing.
Long version-
1. A contract was never provided before or after the roof replacement work was performed, after I e-signed at the time of the proposal on November 7, 2024.
I did not receive a formal, printed, signed contract by mail or by email after talking with Ryan Box, the Brandon J Roofing salesman for this job. (Please see attachment, letter dated December 19, 2024.) Also described in this letter is an additional $1800 added to the contract without my knowledge, for which I requested a copy and did not receive one. I asked in three letters (December 19, 2024; February 5, 2025; and March 7, 2025) to receive a copy of the contract, and no response.
2. The roof work was defective.
The roof work by Brandon J Roofing started on December 3, 2024, and took 4 days. The weather was cold and windy, with a temperature around 35°F, which was not recommended according to the insurance company who stated that the temperature should be no lower than 52°F. (See attachment for letter on December 19, 2024, with details for all the concerns about the roof installation and subsequent property damage sustained by the neighbor.) On December 30, 2024, during a rainstorm, we found water leaking through the roof that created large water spots on the ceiling in two rooms and caused property damage inside my home. Despite me sending repeated text messages and making phone calls with requests for resolution, Brandon J Roofing failed to send anyone who could identify the problem and repair the cause of the leaking. (See attachment for letter on February 5, 2025.)
3. Brandon J Roofing has a material labor installation warranty that was not honored.
Brandon J Roofing has a material labor installation warranty,that guarantees the installation of roofing materials and labor to be installed in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and for the period specified on the installation warranty. This guarantee includes labor for replacement and reinstallation of any failed or faulty roofing components. (See letter on December 19 with details that we did not find all upgrade roofing materials ordered at the time of the installation.)
Brandon J Roofing has a warranty work resolution that agrees to respond to any notification within 72 hours of the homeowner contacting the company. Ryan Box was the only contact number I had for the job, I never saw a project manager to get a different contact. So when I contacted Ryan to contact Brandon J Roofing, the response was always delayed.
It was more than three weeks later when a two-man crew came to my home, January 23, 2025, and one man went into the garage attic (See attachment for letter on February 5, 2025).
Three different times a person came and went into the attic to look for leaking. The third person sent by Brandon J Roofing was a service technician, Ralph Whitehead, who represented Brandon J Roofing. (See attachment with handwritten recommendation summary by Ralph Whitehead and also see myletter to Brandon J Roofing on February 5, 2025)
5. Brandon J Roofing failed to resolve the leaks or repair the roof last year, and the roof continues to leak and cause more damage to my home. Even last week we had water leaking in a new area off the front door and penetrated into the basement.
The service technician Ralph Whitehead said that the roof installation was defective and could not be repaired. I sent another letter to Brandon J Roofing with the Ralph Whitehead summary attached, and I decided that I need to pursue getting another company to inspect the roof and determine the next steps.
I sent a final letter to Brandon J Roofing in April to state our final decision. I am not obligated to pay the remaining contract balance because the roof needs to be completely replaced. I am asking you to cease collection efforts because the roof is no repairable.
I give Tim, the siding manager 5 stars because he was incredibly helpful in getting the siding job done, and done right. He showed up EVERY DAY to make sure the the job was done right. The help from Nathan also deserves 5 stars for assisting with the siding job also.
My concern is with the crew’s that actually do the jobs. It was impossible to communicate with them, given most of the time there was only one person that could understand or speak with broken, sometimes not easy to understand English. The roofing job was a big problem until Tyler took over I also give Tyler 5 stars because he made sure it was done right ( it took 4 visits to get the job done right)
Because of all the delays and changes in personnel, that caused the 8 month delay my overall experience gets 3 stars.

Never had my roof done but your employees are possibly the worst drivers I have ever seen operate Commercial vehicles. 😞 Guess Brandon is not going to respond; this will be a good look when one of their employees causes an accident.
