The only place to go if you want the best top batting instructing that focuses on your individual l needs. This is not a cookie cutter, one style fits all, type of training facility. You get evaluated, and then a very detailed specific scientific program is mapped out just for you. This is for serious batters who want to take their skills to the next level. Dan and his team are extremely nice. They can't do enough for you.

I have never met a man more dedicated to his craft than Dan Hennigan of Brain and Barrel Hitting. As a fan of the game, watching Dan's content on Instagram (@brain_and_barrel) makes me wish that more of my favorite hitters would give him a call!! While my baseball days are long behind me, I know that I would have enjoyed playing the game more if I had someone like Dan to teach me the ins and outs of hitting a baseball, arguably one of the most difficult skills to master in all of sports. However, if my kids decide to step up to the plate in the future, I will rest easy knowing that Dan will be there to guide them. If you play ball in the Tri-State area, and have dreams of a better swing, consider yourself lucky to have a resource like Dan right in your backyard!
Beautiful facility. Dan's techniques enable him to pinpoint personalized tactics for the most efficient improvements in hitting. Highly recommend.
