I used Brad Beller for two projects on my home, a partial basement remodel and a 400 sq ft composite deck. Brad and his team were professional, detail oriented and extremely polite and neat. I am a wood worker so I appreciate the detail that Brad delivers on. Our new deck is beautiful and well built. I will use Brad for all my future construction needs. I feel fortunate to have found an old school professional who knows his trade and the meaning of customer service and great communication.
Brad and his team are nothing short of amazing! From the very first contact with Brad to the finished product my husband and I felt 100% confident that our deck would not only look amazing but be safe for our family. Brad knew what he was talking about and told us certain things about our existing deck that others had left out. He was honest and upfront with everything from start to finish. As soon as he left the initial meeting we knew he was our guy! His response time and availability was spot on and we now will be able to enjoy our deck for the entire deck season of Chicago!
The entire decking process was seamless from the time of removal to rebuild thanks to Andy, Brett and Andrew!! They were always professional and answered any questions throughout without hesitation. Genuinely hardworking, trustworthy and very attentive to detail. At the end of every day they made sure that the area was clean and picked up. The finished product is amazing and we honestly couldn't have hoped for anything better. We would 100% recommend Brad and his team and will use them for projects that come up in the future!

Brad Beller did a wonderful job with our full basement finish. He was a recommendation from my parents when he completed their deck and front ramp of the house. His work on my parent's house was beautiful so we called him for an estimate on our basement. We had been wanting to have it finished since we moved in and were finally ready to start the process.
Brad walked us through the process, helped to create a layout that would work for our family need, and always had the time and patience for our questions. He had a great eye for detail and design which was helpful when we needed guidance when in-between decisions. Brad and everyone on his team was such a pleasure to work with and their attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding. We get compliments from everyone that sees our basement and he is who we recommend to anyone that has a home improvement project.
We hope to have a deck installed in the near future and plan on calling Brad back once we are ready to begin that project. We cannot recommend him and his team enough!

Brad and his crew did an outstanding job in reconstructing my deck. Brad guided us in selecting Timbertech decking and vertical cable railings. The guys took great care in explaining what they were doing. The cutting, joining and fastening was performed meticulously. The finished deck is even better than I had expected.

I used Brad to redo our cedar deck and replace it with Azec and the result is stunning! Our deck is beautiful and he had many ideas which made it very special. His crew are very professional and kept us informed of deliveries, start times, and frequently asked what we wanted in regards to finish and decorative touches. I would highly recommend Brad and his crew for any home project.
What an amazing Deck! Brad and his team, Andy and Andrew, did a great job. Very friendly and professional! Brad's suggestions to add lighting under the benches and trim them with darker color really added a lot of class and style to the finished product. Materials used were Timbertech Advanced PVC in Kona (darker) and American Walnut.

We found Brad Beller Construction while doing a Google search for "Deck Builders near me", then remembered seeing Brad's truck down the street a few months earlier (full basement finish).
Called Brad and left a message, he responded within an hour, took his time during that initial conversation to get a general idea of what we were looking for, gave information about material options, and set up an appointment.
Brad came out, spent a lot of time educating us, showing us samples and pictures, got a better idea of what we wanted, took detailed measurements, and then came up with a perfect design!
Brad came back with more samples, and a proposal.
We signed, and Brad took care of the rest!
Gave us a detailed blueprint, filed for the permit, gave us approximate start/finish dates, and scheduled Julie.
Now the fun part ..
We got a beautiful, perfectly constructed deck, exactly what we were looking for and more! Brad added a gate so our dog could hang out on the deck with us, and stairs leading down to our patio.
Brad is So Professional, Nice, Courteous, Personable, and Knowledgeable!
His crew, Andy and Drew, did an amazing job! They are Polite, Respectful of the Customer's Property, and are Meticulous and Thorough.

Brad and his crew did a great job building our deck. It was a big project and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality. Additionally, I was impressed with the coordination of multiple material deliveries, city inspections, and dumpster/cleanup. All of it was timed perfectly to limit the amount of materials laying around to a minimum...for what amounted to be a 3-week project. We benefitted from good weather the entire time so there were no delays. I can't say any better what a great job they did. Thanks Brad!
We needed an arbor rebuilt which incurred major damage due to severe storm. Brad was contacted to replace the arbor-his work ethic is amazing-he duplicated our arbor to perfection. We are so grateful that we contacted him because he was more than we would have expected in this instance-on time, fair price, experienced and a true hard working individual.👍
Before finding Brad I had three other deck building companies provide me with designs and quotes. All three companies came up with almost exactly the same generic design. None of which took into account the steep grade of my yard. When Brad looked at my property he designed a deck with three tiers moving down as the deck went out, to keep it as low to the grade as possible. This design was far more complex and would take more time to build than the other three plans. However Brad's price was still in a similar budget. Brad and his team do not take short cuts and build like they are building it how they would want it at their own home. I will continue to use Brad and his crew for any upcoming home projects.
