Brackens did a phenomenal job painting my house and garage and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it came out! They made sure to dot their i’s and cross their t’s with the project, making sure everything came out like it was their own house they were painting! Couldn’t be more grateful for the crew over there! The customer service was top notch and exceeded all my expectations!

Not sure how this company, unless we are the "exception" ever gets a review above a 1 star? We called the company and were able to get an appointment with someone for the very next day, which was very encouraging. The person arrived at our house as arranged, viewed the rooms that we wanted painted and since that was on a Friday, (November 7th, 2025) stated that we would have a quote on Monday. I had to travel for my business, departing on Friday, 14NOV, and had still not heard back from anyone. My husband called the phone number provided by the business manager's business card and left a message asking for a return call. When I returned from my trip, we had STILL not heard back so I also called, having to leave a message on Monday, 24NOV25 asking that I get a call back even if it was only to advise that they were not interested in providing the service that we requested a quote for. We have still not heard back and today is 30NOV. This all points to a total lack of professional service and even a common courtesy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

Brackens Painting LLC did an outstanding job painting a group of rooms in a house we recently purchased for my mom. Jennifer and Chandler worked with me from the office on scheduling and paint choices. Both were super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The owner Kevin analyzed the measurements and developed the quotes, guiding us to use only quality paint brands. He's a seasoned professional. Come show time, Mauro and his brother executed the job over two full business days. They were super nice, great at what they did, and very respectful of my mom's home. The end result was everything I could have hoped for. There is a reason these folks have an virtually perfect rating on Google reviews.
