Contacted Ben about some roof repair. After some discussion and details he provided about cost and details on a replacement he was able to draft me up a formal quote within a week. I was happy with the quote and timeline given. I was further impressed with the job done by his crew and Ben's attention to detail and communication with me about any other repair's they noticed during the job. Due to my experience I will reach out to Boyd Property Group first for future quotes on any other repairs/renovations I may need.
Terrible workers destroyed my home left trash. The one worker who i talked to Charlie seemed very high just gave excuses don't recommend

This is a scam review. We have never performed work for this person nor have them listed as a customer.
Contacted them about repairing a leak on my roof. They came out and "patched" it. Roof started leaking again. I contacted them again and set up a followup and they did a no call no show. Have tried to call them a few times after that and left voicemails with no reply. Would not recommend. They had the time to cold call me and ask me about repairing my aunts roof ( which i mentioned) several times before I had to call them back about coming back out to check on my leak again but not time to come back and check out the leak again.
We know our job was a small one for them, but it was a big deal to us. They not only started on time, they arrived a little early. They were professional, friendly, and pleasant to be around. They did much more than we asked or expected at a price that was about half of what other contractors estimated. These people are dependable, honest, and all around top notch.

They arrived when they said they would, was very pleased with the outcome (spackling).
Would definitely hire them again.

We thought we needed a new roof but, when they came to inspect, they were honest and told us we didn't need one yet. So refreshing to find a business with great integrity. We will use them when we DO need a roof!

The Boyd team came into our home to begin our family room renovation. They installed seamless drywall where a stone wall once was, completed several other repairs and did a fantastic paint job on the room. They cleaned everything up and even assisted in placing the furniture back into place.

Boyd Property Group out of Farmville saved me thousands!!! They replaced a water heater for me and took the time to diagnose a different problem with my well that another contractor had overlooked. They found the issue, diagnosed the root problem, and solved it while educating me throughout the process.
Extremely thorough… if they didn’t find that issue the other contractor over looked, my well pump would have burned up.
The owner showed up to my house afterwards and made sure everything went well. Stand up people doing quality work.
I recommend Boyd Property group to family, friends, and anyone else! 10/10.
