Bowes Exxon is great. I would highly recommend. I called Monday to schedule my car inspection and tire changes for Wednesday. They were able to do it quickly and their prices are very reasonable. Kathy was great. I will definitely be back.

Really disappointed with this shop. I came to get my car inspected and it passed inspection, but I was told that my brakes were “very low” It had to be changed very soon. Howd it pass inspection then? They quoted me at over $600 to fix the front and rear brakes. Took it to another shop and they said my brakes were actually completely fine. I’ve been going to the shop for years and now I wonder how many other things they’ve lied about and tried to upsell me on that I didn’t need.

Had a tire blow out in the Blue Route, and was assigned to Bowes by AAA to get it sorted out. Kathy had a new tire ready when AAA dropped us off, even though she didn’t have the type my BRZ uses and we arrived within 40 minutes of them being notified of my situation. Once the tow truck and I got there, they put the new tire on very quickly. Also Kathy is great !

I had an amazing experience here! Ian was extremely helpful and came through in a pinch. I stopped by to put air in my tire and discovered there was a screw in it. Ian jumped right in, plugged the tire within minutes, and had me back on the road in no time. I’m so appreciative of the quick, friendly, and professional service. Highly recommend this place!

I was with my friend who needed to throw things out and used their trash can when someone came out side and started yelling at my friend for using the trash can and calling her obscenities. It was extremely unacceptable for someone to have reacted that way for using a trash can that anyone can walking or stopping could have used
