From the start to the end of sale was amazing with great communication. Unfortunately after almost 2 years of issues with both our 17 f150 and 16 explorer I've had enough. Although there has been some folks at the dealership that did try to rectify the issues it's cost the dealership, warranty company and us personally thousands of dollars to drive two vehicles approximately 50,000kms, from body work (thats already back to rusting), brakes, tires, front end, exhaust, drive train and a/c issues, this most recent bill for $316 to just inspect front end and brakes for concerns we had and a $900+ estimate for brakes pads and rotors and un able to tell why the truck burned through a set of tires over 30,000 kms or the estimated $1200 y pipe that rotted out in a year on the explorer are the straws that broke the camels back.
I hope this review helps bring better outcomes for future clients, as a small business owner myself in town i strive to offer the best customer service no matter the outcome and all my clients agree.

My daughter bought a used jeep ,at first she was so happy with her new to her vehicle. Three months later her brakes are gone and her muffler. So very disappointed that your business would not help. Poor judgements on our behalf. I would be very cautious to buy anything from this dealership.
