Less than a year into owning my new Nissan, and I'll never buy another one after my service experience!! Don't waste your time at bourgeois Nissan because you'll be treated like garbage once you own the vehicle and have to return for service!! The most frustrating experience ever! Thanks for nothing guys

Today I unfortunately ran over a sharp piece of metal and ended up with a flat tire. I bought my Nissan about a year ago and luckily still had some warranties in place. I contacted Ryan in the service department and he was incredibly helpful and got me in contact with the roadside towing service through Nissan that was easy to navigate. When I arrived at the dealership Ryan had all of my paperwork ready to go and throughout the day he went above and beyond to have my tire replaced and in a timely manner. I reached out requesting a shuttle service back to the dealership, thinking this request would be rejected, as it was close to the end of the day, but Ryan was able to set up the shuttle to bring me back. The shuttle driver "Jim" was fantastic and worked passed the end of his shift to get me back to the dealership. Thank you so much to both employees, who made a bad situation much better and they both made the entire process easy and the entire experience beginning to end was smooth.

**UPDATE** FROM HERO TO ZERO (or 1, 0 wasn't an option) You can see from my previous review (that i left at the bottom) that things have changed massively. Other then that initial feeling and impression. Nissan, it's managers, staff and service have been nothing but ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I cannot stress how bad it's been. 1 - Service/vehicle - the vehicle from day 1 had this crazy loud grinding squealing noise when backing up. They advised us, oh it's just a normal sound vehicles make. You could hear this thing from 3 blocks over. I asked twice to have it looked at and they refuse to accept anything is wrong. In addition to a backup camera/sensors that seem to be on the fritz, and upholstery not done properly, able to actually cut you. 2 - administration - Staff not knowing how to read and work their own system. Providing new service quotes over $1000 more then the cost. Then blaming me and the computer for them not giving me the right information. 3 - Sales - won't say much as most communication happened back when we originally leased the vehicle. However, careful what you do. Falsely lead you on, embellish perks and incentives and minipulate/lie to get you to sign. I understand, partly our fault, should have read all the fine details and confirmed the perks and options. I guess I just expected truth and integrity. 4 - Management - Once the misrepresented/lied about information was brought to their attention. They refused to take ownership, backed the employee who's no longer there that did it all, threw Nissan under the bus stating verbatim " it's Nissan doing it, not us ". While also proving that while they claim client focused, they are full of it. We went to Bourgeois Nissan because of the reputation, reviews and what kind of dealership they claim to be. From top to bottom, never again. One of, if not, the worse experiences and service I've had. It was a long review but I hope people read it and heed the warnings and shop elsewhere, I know I will. Previous- Had a pleasure of work with Brady to find a new vehicle. He was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. After working with us for a bit of time we found a vehicle we liked and he helped make it work for us. Never felt pressured, which can be rare at a car dealership. We were happy to give Brady and the dealership our business.

Ryan was very understanding of my circumstances (with my husband very sick and needing treatment at the RVH. Loan me a car, so I could drive my husband in comfort, in 42 + humid day. While my vehicle with broken AC was in the shop being fixed. Thank you

We were looking to buy our 3rd Nissan vehicle and we were looked after with EXCELLENT customer service. All of the staff were very professional and they spent the time explaining in detail everything including all warranties and options, so we could make a decision best for us.
