Great Hyundai dealership. The level of customer service and experience is fantastic (particularly from Jasper in servicing). I've never felt pressured into unnecessary work on our vehicle compared to some other dealerships. Would highly recommend!

My wife went here to have them look at her automatic car starter. They said it was in valet mode but they apparently didn’t have the book for a 2017…. They had some guesses that she could try on her own but didn’t make much of an effort to actually get in the car and fix it. She went to Baytowne Hyundai in barrie the next day and they literally fixed in two minutes with Jodie being extremely helpful and the techs coming out and taking a look at it right away. They’ve definitely lost a customer. We’ll be making the drive to barrie from now on.

Our family had an amazing experience here, Nick & Ryan were forthcoming & very knowledgeable. and took the time to answer our questions even though we arrived slightly late near the end of the day with a fussy baby. they were kind & personable, and answered questions quickly. Nick even hooked our 5 month old up with a little mini stick and a puck, super cool guy!

These guys will deal in bad faith. Heres why. We find a car online through research and listings and we were willing to buy today, a hybrid tuscan for approximately 35000 before tax. We get in touch the night before and commuicate early in the morning and plan the test drive for after work the same day. We get there and some walk ins are looking at some cars. We sit down with the representative and almost immediately another rep come up and take the keys to the car we are there to test drive. Had this not happened we would have been in the car test driving in less than 2 minutes. They give up our test drive time slot to the random people who walk in off the street and we wait for them to return. The walk ins have been there since noon testing a bunch of cars. (We been in contact since the previous night and again in the morning). The representative promised these random people are just looking and won't buy today. They promised the vehicle we are looking at and spent hours and days researching would be offered to us first. Which makes sense because we have been in communication about it for much longer and its the only car we came to look at. After awkwardly waiting for the random people to finish their test drive for 30 minutes, we finally get to test drive it. The car was sold in the 30 minutes it took for us to test drive, come back, and negotiate the price. We aren't going to instantly agree to $40000 car without some discussion about the finaces but that is essentially what we did. The rep stepped out to talk with his boss about our latest offer. We were about to say yes regardless the outcome of the latest offer when the rep came back and told us it was sold. To the random walk ins who we were told was not interested in buying today. Sold out from underneath us. In a bidding war behind our backs. To recap. Our scheduled time slot was given away to walk ins. The random people were in fact looking to buy when we were explicitly told they are not. We were not given the option to decline the vehicle when explicitly told we are first in line. We were put into a bidding war we were explicitly told was not happening. I can only imagine what they were telling the random couple about us because the representative did divulge their medical condition to us. Do not trust.

Just purchased a Kona from Jessyie, I must say that apart from being very professional and prompt in her responses that she is a genuinely great person. I can’t say enough good things about the customer care at Bourgeois Hyundai. From start to finish, their service was absolutely impeccable. They ensured the work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and kept me constantly updated throughout the entire process, which gave me such peace of mind.
