Honest review- I’m frustrated right now with the care I’ve received here.
Between my daughter and I, we have had to go in 4 times within a day or two after our appointments to have them fix a mistake that THEY made, not to mention the many times we’ve had to go in for a wire poking out the back and irritating the cheek. Feels like a waste of time constantly going in for something or other. All of this in less than a year.
I’ve been frustrated by the lack of communication from the doctors about what is going on. I had a specific incident when I went in and they only had one doctor working. He came and looked at my teeth and said that they would move three brackets next time, and left while they were still working in my mouth so I didn’t have a chance to talk to him at all. They didn’t do any adjustments at all because they “didn’t have time” and then scheduled me again for 8 weeks later. Seemed like a waste of 8 weeks to me. So the gap between my back teeth grew wider and wider during this 8 weeks and when I called to ask if I could move it up, they said we could do 6 weeks instead of 8.
The other thing is the points. They have a points system where you get points to earn prizes for things, but the entire thing is a mystery. They don’t tell you how you actually earn points, or what you get for appointments, and several times I asked if we got points, they said “yep! I’ll add them” later when I asked someone again they told me I wasn’t even in their pints system and they had to activate my card. So it feels like a joke.
They do giveaways for 5 star reviews which is why they have so many.
3 stars because my teeth are straighter, which is the whole idea, but I do not feel like I’ve been treated well here.
