A very happy customer! Phil and his team were early to set up, super efficient, respectful and clear about safety requirements. At the last minute, they couldn't provide the bouncy castle I had orignal chosen at booking, so they provided the perfect replacement at a discount. I hired the well-loved equipment for a children's party and it was a big hit: rainbow bouncy castle, rainbow soft play and ride-on trikes. I recommend 1st 2 Bounce and would not hesitate to hire from them again! 😀

Great service from 1st2bounce ,☺️ as a worried (slightly paranoid) mother I checked my booking a thousand times and they reassured me everything was sorted 👌 turned up early and quick to set and dismantle. Friendly service would defo use again 👍

Hired a bouncy castle for my nephews party. 1st2bounce were SO helpful and accommodating. Roads were closed to the hall for ride to London, so they delivered bouncy castle night before. Will definitely be using again! Thank you

We have always had all our bouncy castle from 1st2bounce. Our children have always loved them, and with so many to choose from it always makes for a unique party. Phil delivers on time, is polite and I trust him with all our parties. Excellent service all round.

We have booked 1st 2 bounce twice now: The first time I didn't check measurements for my venue and when they arrived The bouncy castle couldn't fit. He was amazing, and even though he had other jobs to do he was calling out all of his contacts To see if anyone else had a bouncy castle. The 2nd time, They are reliable and most of all the kids had amazing time Would highly recommend. I will always use them.

Absolutely amazing.. on time for drop off and pick up, amazing staff really friendly and kind, hired the princess bouncy castle with slide for my daughters 5th birthday and it was throughly enjoyed by all the kids

Delivered early at no extra cost for extra enjoyment and the castle was very clean and in great condition! Amazing day had by all which was enhanced by the enjoyment of the bouncy castle.
