Attended a children’s party at the weekend. Was unimpressed at the entertainers attitude towards the children. Saw him push one child. Shouted at others. Would not recommend.

Update:
I asked for the name of the venue where this party took place so I could confirm that it was actually me who hosted it and not another company, as we have been confused with other entertainers before. Unfortunately, no details have been provided.
Anyone who has booked me or attended one of my parties will know that my approach with children is safe, energetic, fun and engaging. Shouting at children or pushing them around is completely against how I work and is not something I would ever do. I also use a head microphone, so there is never any need to raise my voice.
Without any information to verify that this was one of my events, I must question the accuracy of this review. At this stage, it appears it may either relate to another company or be a misleading review that does not reflect my service.
We take all feedback seriously and are disappointed to hear that you feel this way about the party you attended. Our aim is always to ensure every child has a fun, positive experience, and the behaviour you’ve described is not how we run our parties.
Children’s parties can be busy and energetic, but creating a safe, supportive and enjoyable atmosphere for all children is always our priority.
As we host parties at a number of different venues, could you please confirm the venue where the party took place so we can look into this further?
