We received a notice from the IRS stating that there were differences in income on our return from what the IRS had received from 3rd parties. We contacted Andrew to help us respond to the IRS with the proper information. Andrew was able to pull the precise information needed and put it together in a response that addressed the issues that the IRS had raised. Our response was done in a timely manner resulting in no additional taxes. We are grateful for Andrew’s responsiveness and expertise.

As a CPA myself that’s worked for the Canadian Tax Authority equivalent of the IRS, I needed help from someone with the unique skillset and knowledge of IRS working protocols, IRC statutes to decipher obscure Notices letters and other documentation I was receiving from the IRS without intimate working knowledge after filling a material corporate refund and going nearly to the IRS Appeals stage/further. With myself having some knowledge of US Tax matters / rules / Laws and applying them in a material Cross border tax law refund context are very different learning experiences. Andrew is willing to help you understand your problem after listening attentively to your problems. I have reached out to some other dually qualified CPA/JD Attorneys (social media Influencer types) in last year that aren’t as willing (or no response at all) to think through your issue to truly determine if they can add value. Andrew was straight up with me which I could decipher early on. I did learn from this experience extensively as well as other CPA’s/lawyers. In my case, the unresolved issues seem to have resolved almost “magically” once I provided him with the IRS authority to view tax records. This could be coincidental related, but i know if this issue would have gone further, Andrew was going to be taking it forward soon thereafter. Andrew appears very confident on camera, so I wouldn’t go anywheres else for the value he provides as a sole practitioner that’s open to contingency fee settlement vs. obscene hourly rates of the big US tax law firms.
