Brian and his team did a fantastic job on our Morton building after this past wind storm. They repaired our door and capped the roof where the wind had caused damage. He and his team were extremely efficient, very timely in their work, and especially knowledgeable. My husband and I would recommend, and will be using again if we ever need anything.

I attempted to leave a message with Boss Sheds on a weekend afternoon and much to my surpise-Brian answered the call. He was with his family and most certainly didn't have to. That in itself caught my attention for his dedication to his customers and (future customers alike).
My (converted) four stall horse barn sustained damage from a storm in May of '24 near Smithville, MO. It ripped the metal off the frame and broke the framing of the sliding door, rendering it not only dangerous but useless for us. I shared a few photos of the problem with Brian via text message and he made room the next day first thing for James and Steve. Both James and Steve were very kind and pleasant to speak with. They greeted me with a handshake and listened to my concerns about the condition of the door. Both of these gentlemen took their time to assess the situation and figured out a plan to fix the broken door (meaning-they didn't rush to do a poor job). They fixed the door better than it was before the storm. They even leveled out the adjoining sliding door and reinforced it without me even asking.
Carpentry is an art and a skill not many people possess (me included). I'm grateful that I came across Boss Sheds information. I'll definitely have these guys back for future projects at my farm.

It’s so nice to get personalized service from small businesses and Boss Sheds is no exception! Brian was kind enough to help me with my project offering advice and solutions to my problems. I had them install the metal roof on my barn and I couldn’t be happier with his crew and their work! Zero leaks too! They were very professional and kept a tidy work site. After looking at some of his other buildings I can see that they definitely build a high quality structures I strongly recommend you check them out for your building needs! These guys are so honest and helpful - doesn’t get any better than Boss Sheds!

We presented a challenge to several barn builders because our location is on a hill. Some thought we were crazy, some wanted to move it hundreds of feet away to where it was 'easier' to build. Boss Sheds was excited to take on the challenge and did nothing but come up with amazing idea's to unique problems we faced before the build and during.
From the initial contact through design, building, finishing, cost, and after the completion we have been nothing but impressed. The Barn has elements of a house, a basement wall, angled drive with knee walls, DEEP concrete pillars because of the hill, I honestly believe this barn will stand up longer than my house.
At every turn Boss Sheds strove to make the customer happy and that is down to each and every employee from Shannon to those that showed up on site.
After the initial barn build we've had them out again to do some additional work for us and they were aces a 2nd time many months later. I'm sure at some point we'll have a 3rd reason to work with them and I'll be sure and give a follow up review then as well.

From the start the first impression was great as the phone was answered by Shannon when I called. I know it’s simple but it means a lot to a future customer. Additionally any time I had a question someone answered the phone and the one time they didn’t answer they called me back in a reasonable amount of time. When I asked for a quote I was told “I would have a quote by the end of the day” and they delivered – well before the end of the business day.
Brian at Boss Sheds worked to help make my dream reality. He spent time explaining his product, the options available, why he felt it was better and how it would work for me and my situation. He also gave me suggestions for areas where I needed guidance from an experienced hand. One thing that was quickly apparent during the entire process is Brian wanted his crew to build not just any building for me but my dream building. He spent a lot of time making sure I understood, was getting what I expected and I was happy with the entire process. Honestly he was almost as excited about building my workshop as I was.
Once he and Shannon conquered the permit hurdles, the weather turned causing a delay. After the weather became favorable he got materials delivered and the crew showed up ready to work. The guys were polite, hard-working, funny and had the rhythm of an experienced team that works very well together. Everyone knew their job and where the next guy was or what he needed. As with any construction project there are some unforeseen issues and in my instance they were all small. Each time there was an issue worthy of note the guys told me about it almost immediately and handled it in stride – true pros.
The end result was the pole barn equivalent of a brick outhouse. Everything from the concrete piers and brackets on them up to the trusses was built to last and for the most part made somewhere in Missouri while the rest was made in America. I’m very happy with my experience and my only regret is not contacting the crew at Boss Sheds sooner.
This is hands down the best experience I've ever had dealing with a builder/contractor of any kind. I will start with Brian, he went through all the details with my wife and I so we understood everything. I'd like to also say he was able to make a change for me as after the layout I didn't think the building would be big enough. I called and he made the change and gave me the quote with in an hour. Brian was always able to answer any questions I had and always answered my calls or got back with me shortly after leaving a message. Now for the crew, I can't give enough thanks to the whole crew. Josh and Eddie are the guy's I spoke with the most, but all the guy's I talked with were very informative and kept me updated on the next step. The crew kept a clean work area so my son could go out and check their work. My son has Special needs and really enjoyed getting off the summer school bus to see the work the guy's were doing or had done. They all treated him as there was nothing wrong with him and included him in conversation, and as a father that felt great. Thanks guy's.... Charlie is going to miss you you guy's. Again I can't say enough about the great, hassle free, easy experience this was for us. Thank you Brian and Your crew.
We researched area companies to help us build our house and barn. We are so glad we went with BOSS Sheds. They gave us a good price, but also helped us along the way as we finished our home. Their crews are professional, friendly, and curteous. The framers are quick and knowledgeable, and we are really happy with the concrete work and excavating. We appreciate that they have been so attentive, and not aggravated with the many changes we made along the way. We would recommend BOSS Sheds to anyone looking to construct a metal building.
