I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. Casey is a very good sales rep…patient and not pushy and very knowledgeable. I always had a quick response to whatever the need was. I was impressed too by Teresa…I was so happy to see the foreman/woman was a female. She was very polite and did a very good job and stayed the whole time the work was being done. She was very helpful and was very easy to talk to and ask questions of.

***After 3 weeks of posting my original review I have asked via phone 3 times that I would like to discuss the response provided to me. Still no response to that request as there are 2 sides to every story and the facts will come out.
1) If everything with the gutters/guards and roof were installed correctly I would not have asked to get things addressed 10 times. Garage gutter was hung in rotted fascia and was never notified and the other roofer was hired to correct that. At that point the roof was to be addressed at the same time and if there was nothing to hide, I was denied anyone coming to my house to discuss my concerns about the issues I saw with the roof.
2) Roof issues did not get addressed until the other roofer got involved. In total, from his report provided to office, there were 8 issues he would like to see addressed and how he would like to see them corrected. I do not believe that is quality workmanship if there were problems found by another roofer. Repair crew that was sent read the report as they were not made aware of it. They would not address anything if they were not told by their boss to fix the problems, yet the person in-charge of my project was sent a copy. Other roofer noted ice and water barrier and rotted or warped wood on house were possibly the cause of unevenness of shingles. Was told by repair crew "ain't no" warped wood here and that it was the ice and water barrier that was the concern. Ice and water barrier is what failed first roof, no denying that per city inspector. Rotted and warped wood were on house after 1st install and were ultimately replaced at 2nd install. My house was never inspected by the city with the first.
3) Bottom line is the only way I got my 2nd roof completed was that it had to be brought up to code requirements. Ice and water barrier is inspected by the city and mine failed based on photos provided to city. I do not need to see more as bare eyes told the truth. I'm still told to this day that everything was installed correctly and met code requirements.
4) I have now discovered one more issue that is in regard to workmanship. The evidence was found in my front yard and it's time to address that. To my knowledge, based house photos my garage will not meet manufacturer specs to have a warranty unless proven otherwise per the consulting roofer.
I even had shingles from Menards that were substituted for GAF. It was not the contractor sample I chose and was not notified of the change. Nothing seemed to be a concern with this company.
Yes, I'm satisfied with new roof as city inspector was on site at various times throughout the day and consulting roofer was there calling all of the shots while running his own business.

Cash Hubbard and his crew did a great job on our roof replacement! They arrived shortly before 8:00 am and worked steadily throughout out the day to finish the project and depart around 4:00pm. Cash was friendly, professional and answered any questions I had without hesitation. He supervised the crew and ensured that everything was properly installed and that everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Boss Roofing!

Joe and DeSean came out from Boss for roof repair. Shingles were missing and the ridge vent had to be replaced. The guys were really great, professional and fast. The sales team was honest and communicated everything clearly. Would highly recommend.

Great service start to finish. On the first visit, Joey spent a lot of time discussing how they inspect the entire roof and listened to our concerns. After the inspection, he went over what needed to be repaired and how they would repair that area. When the team came out to do the repairs today, again they took the time to listen to our concerns and explained what and how they were doing the repair. They also walked the entire roof and inspected it to ensure there were no other issues. Highly recommend Boss roofing.

Great communication, prompt service and timely work. Roofing inspection and work was well documented with photos. Both Casey Hofmaster and Teresa Eykamp were great to work with. Casey did a thorough inspection inside and outside to determine what should be done. Theresa was great with communicating before, during, and after work was done and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction before leaving the job site.
