As with any awesome product, at some point there may be a warranty issue, as we encountered. Tegan and her team made sure we were sorted with a quick replacement stabiliser to get us back on the road. Fantastic service, product and follow up.

BOS seriously has the best product followed by the best customer service. We’ve had our BOSjockey for a few years and it needed an upgrade, so I sent them an email explaining the problem. They instantly knew what we needed and sent out the parts with super easy instructions. Honestly, the backup service is incredible.
The BOSjockey is hands down the best thing we’ve added to our caravan—saves us so much time and effort. Highly recommend it to anyone. Just make sure you get a BOS! Cheers & Thank you. Maurice.

I was greatly impressed with my recent experience with BOS Jockey Wheels, when the BOS jockey unit that came with our used caravan stopped working, as the cogs on the top section began jumping the teeth. I rang their phone number on the jockey unit and was surprised to hear that they would cover the repair cost under warranty. They sent me the complete new top section with cogs and cover, as well as a video explaining how to replace it. I am very happy with the way it works now and highly recommend this company for their products and backup service.

Australian owned, operated and made! I phoned this company when researching the best options for a permanent jockey wheel for the caravan. My first choice was a blackjack electric one, before speaking with Tegan from BOS; her advice and knowledge of their product was exceptional and her customer service was second to none. The Jockey wheel was made to order (here in Australia) and delivered in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with the jockey wheel, easy to install looks great and feels strong and sturdy and very user friendly. The user manual even has instructions on pulling it apart for repairs if required. So glad I chose this product, would recommend it in a heartbeat.

I have been using a Bos jockey stand for a lot of years and I work it pretty hard. The gears needed replacing and I spoke with Tegan who was an absolute delight to deal with. She knew exactly what was needed and provided exceptional service with a bright and cheery disposition. Extremely rare to find in todays world. Had an issue with my 4 year old jockey wheel in that it had broken teeth on the gears. Dealt with Tegan at BOS who advised it was a warranty issue and that new gears would be posted to me at no cost.
The new gears arrived promptly and Tegan was in constant contact with me through the whole process.
Highly recommend their product and service.

We just can’t thank Tegan, Bronwyn, and Scotty enough. After picking up our new van, we headed straight to BOS, where the team expertly fitted our BOS Jockey and stabiliser legs.
Having used a BOS Jockey on a previous van for over a decade—with completely hassle-free and reliable performance—we knew BOS was the only choice for us. This time, we were excited to upgrade with the addition of the stabiliser legs, and they’ve already proven their worth. The van is now rock solid with no movement, the system is incredibly easy to use, and the option to add extensions as needed is a huge bonus.

This family run and owned business could not do enough for me when I was making my purchasing decision on a caravan mover. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

A claim for a broken BOS drill drive piece (a pin holding the joint had dropped out) was handled very efficiently by Kelly. The same day I contacted BOS a new unit was sent. Brilliant service.

I bought a BOS product in 2018 In that time I have accidently damaged it twice. The first time it was fixed under warranty and was amazed and glad I bought a product with great back up. I recently damaged it again a bit more seriously. I spoke to Tegan,who straight away knew what I did and how I did it She asked for specific photos of damaged items , once she had recieved them organised replacement parts to be sent by post Kelly informed me that they were being posted Monday and sent me the tracking number details Parts arrived Friday with video and photos to replace parts. Normally any reviews I give are very short and always try to give positive feedback but after the great service I have experienced from the team at BOS I cannot recommend this company highly enough great product great team. I’ve had the BOS stabiliser legs and jockey wheel/stand for a few years and they have given outstanding service.
Had a minor plastic part fail and contacted Kelly to source parts as I was travelling remote. Within a week or so a post bag with enough parts to keep me going for years arrived at no charge.
Can’t recommend their products and service highly enough.
