Crew were really nice, and looked after us throughout the cruise, making sure our drinks were topped up and everyone was having a good time. Awesome views to cap an awesome experience!

I booked a yacht online with this company for me and my family. When we arrived, no one responded, and we waited under the sun for over 30 minutes. The person finally showed up, told us there was an issue with the yacht, and asked us to wait again for another one. He was very irresponsible. I had to cancel and find another company, which was hard on a holiday. Worst experience — I don’t recommend them at all.

Unfortunately, the yacht you originally booked experienced an unexpected air conditioning issue shortly before your trip. Our team acted immediately to organise an alternative yacht for you—one that was of a significantly higher category and price point—at no extra cost. However, this was declined.
Our representative was present on the ground, and although there was a short delay in locating each other (around 15 minutes), we were still actively trying to assist. Regrettably, during this time, our representative’s phone was taken by your group, which left us unable to coordinate further support or communicate with the rest of our team to find a faster resolution.
Despite this, we processed your refund immediately as per your request, and our management team made several attempts to reach you directly to find a solution, but you declined to engage.
While we do our utmost to ensure smooth and enjoyable experiences for all our guests, there are rare occasions when technical issues arise. In such moments, our priority is always to resolve them swiftly and fairly. It’s unfortunate we weren’t given the chance to make it right for you and your family.

we booked a yacht with book that boat after being quoted 2500AED on the beach at our hotel and it was the best day of our holiday. we payed 649AED per hour and the yacht was 10X better than the beach one. we were met with a worker from the company who took us to where our boat was and met with the captain. if you are looking to hire out a boat would highly recommend this company!!!
