Bonnyrigg Dental Care have the best atmosphere, relaxing feeling when I go to dentist, staff are so friendly, always smiling.
Dentists are very professional and always tries to help to get the right treatment and options for any patient. All my family joined Bonnyrigg Dental Care more than 3 years ago and wont go any where else. Best dentists we ever had. Also reasonable prices if you choose to go for private treatments. All dental nurses are very professional, friendly and have such a empathy for nervous patients.
I would give more than 5 stars. Can not wait for my next appointment :)

Nadia was extremely caring and reassuring. Excellent service and explained everything clearly.
The staff are all very friendly and always make you feel very comfortable.

I have been using Bonnyrigg dental practice for all my family. Despite my daughters nervous disposition Nadia was extremely professional and reassuring. She now loves her 6 monthly check up! All the staff are so helpful and all our dental needs are met. Never have any problems getting appointments. Great team.
This is a BIG NO NO, for NHS patients.
They are not interested in even providing the basic care someone needs.
Been waiting on a scale and polish since Covid lockdown, was given a 10 min appointment and it was minimally done by hand, with no pain relief, despite having chronic pain issues.
They give you a treatment plan, then do something completely different.
Still waiting on a referral to a dental specialist... 3 years now....
They are more interested in their Private customers, or trying to push people to take paid treatments, despite being entitled to the same care.
Surprising, especially in today's climate of Fast and High rises in the Cost of living these days, Bonnyrigg Dental don't seem to care at all.
Shame... because it started off as a great dental practice but is now a shadow of its former self.
Bonnyrigg Dental have and continue to let NHS patients and the community down badly.

After ringing 3 other Dental surgeries to try and register (and being greeted by grumpy, unhelpful receptionists) my husband decided to try Bonnyrigg Dental Care. As he was on speaker, I could hear how welcoming and pleasant the receptionist was so I decided to cancel my (and my sons) registration with one of the clinics he had tried above and register us there too. She even managed to find us an appointment to suit the whole family.
Heres to hoping our experience in the clinic is half as good as what we have experienced so far.

Broke a tooth and Nadia seen me the following day. I wasn’t in pain so booked another appointment.
Nadia was extremely reassuring and made me feel at ease. Broken tooth fixed and never felt a thing. Even the jag wasn’t as painful which was a definite bonus - hate injections more than the treatment.
This happened during covid 19 and the practice’s hygiene and PPE was excellent.
Would recommend Nadia to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I had to attend the dentist twice within a month and while I am normally very nervous, Nadia and the staff at the surgery made me feel very much at ease. I am so grateful that they made me feel like this as I will have no need to worry about my appointment in 6 months time. Thank you so much.
