Lovely practice, with welcoming, friendly and professional staff . Very happy with with the care provided to our puppy. Highly recommend this vetinary practice. 2nd visit with Buddy on the 25th September for his 2nd lot of vaccinations went extremely well. Very efficient and professional service provision. Excellent vetinary clinic. Highly recommend. Buddy had another visit to get his staples out. Excellent service, Nil issues. Highly recommend. 👍 Charlie cat had his first visit to see Dr Lucy, excellent care and attention.

Staff are friendly and seem caring. Not sure how good they are as my cat has not completely healed yet. I spent a total of $2000 for teeth extraction, check up, and blood test. It seems pricey for me though. My cat's mouth and gums were permanently damaged after the teeth extractions they have done. I believe it's the clamp they used while doing it. Also the canine tooth that was removed seem to be ok and just needed cleaning.

From my very first phone call with Bonded Hearts, I knew I’d found the right place. Every single staff member I’ve spoken to since has been so genuine, caring, friendly, and helpful. You can really feel how much they love what they do, and it makes such a difference. With two Labradors, peace of mind is everything to my family - and Bonded Hearts gives that in spades. They’ve been patient, informative, and so kind with every visit. Even the ones squeezed in at a moments notice. Their Gap-Only option (with pet insurance) has been such a lifesaver, and their admin is honestly seamless. Even their website is simple and easy to use, which I really appreciate. They're also incredibly transparent with pricing which can be hard to find. It only took one visit for us to decide they’d be our family vet from now on. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of them. If you’re looking for vets who genuinely cares, this is the place.

Beautiful practice. The vet, Carolyn, was considered, caring and compassionate. She provided options and gave me the time to talk them through and work out what is in the best interest for my elderly dog. He has a chance at living a little longer comfortably, being spoilt as he deserves and when the time is right to have a comfortable end. I’ve only heard good things about Bonded Hearts, and I hope they have every success.

It was my first time taking my dog Lexi to this vet and it was amazing. All staff were very welcoming and paid loads of attention to Lexi when we walked in, offering treats and plenty of pats. When entering both the nurse and vet were so patient and as my dog can be a bit anxious they completely let her take the lead and built trust before examining. Even while examining, if she didn't like what they were doing, they stopped immediately and let her calm down before trying a new method. Greatly appreciate their kindness and the care they provided Lexi. We now have our new vet😁

Bonded Hearts has been the best vet I've been to with my cats and rabbits. The love they show them is unparalleled and their prices are extremely reasonable. My eldest cat required dental work and their follow-up care has been exceptional. No matter how many times he's had to pop back in due to complications out of their control he is always so comfortable with all the staff.
