What an amazing guy Paul is!! Very friendly, absolutely honest person to deal with. So easy going, enabling you to ask as many questions about the vehicles as you need. Certainly no selling pressure neither, Paul genuinely allows you to take your time to look around the Fiestas for sale, and he talks you through how he will prep the car for handover. Paul is an absolutely genuine fella to deal with.I look forward to dealing further with him in the future when I get him to service the Fiesta Zetec S

After a nightmare with another fiesta Zetec S, which went back to the dealer, Paul was brilliant from start to finish and the car was exactly the same. After arranging with Paul to view it on Monday, the car is now on our drive on Thursday. Some small issues were ironed out and he was a joy to deal with, don't hesitate to use Bolton Fiesta Centre. Visited Paul to have a look at a 12 year old Fiesta Zetec S for my Son’s birthday which was a couple of days off. Had a test drive, loved it, bought it. Paul delivered the car to my home address in Congleton FOC. After a week of owning the car we found it had a couple of problems and reported them to Paul who was currently away on a family holiday. Within two hours Paul had the car booked in and everything checked and sorted out within 24hrs. Not only was this above and beyond customer service/care but I also received a call from Paul upon his return to the UK making sure everything was Ok. I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone and everyone…AMAZING SERVICE!!!

Bought this managers special from Paul what an absolute gent this man is. Went above and beyond bringing the vehicle up to me from Bolton to Newcastle, given the situation I was in with having a newborn baby unable to travel Paul went out of his way to bring the car up. I can’t find this man enough professional, courteous and honest. Top man

Needed a bigger car because having a semi disabled wife I needed something bigger to comfortably fit a power chair in the boot. I was looking at buying a Fiesta, when my wife brought my attention to Bolton Fiesta Center and the wonderful collection Paul had to offer, so I rang Paul and discussed my problem with him, and explaining that my wife had fallen in love with one of his quality cars. Paul invited us both down to view the car and A , to make sure my wife's power chair fitted in the boot, and B my wife liked the car, when both criterias ticked both boxes Paul then gave me the keys and told me to take the car with my wife for a test drive. And when we arrived back with big smiles on our faces, Paul then made us even more happier with a deal of a lifetime. Thank you Paul. And when my Son needed a new car I took him to see Paul who also gave him a cracking deal.
