I recently hired Idaho Premier Moving and they were excellent. Derek and James didn’t waste a moment of time, they got right to work and handled all our heavy office furniture and items with care! In addition they were very personable, which is important to me because I value customer service. I highly recommend the company and this team!
Brandon and his team helped us move to our new house recently. His team did a spectacular job with no issues whatsoever. I was happy that my extensive research for a reliable, licensed, bonded and insured moving company paid off. We would definitely use Idaho Premier Moving again and highly recommend them for your moving needs!
My mother lives in a 55+ community and needed to move from one unit to another one on the 3rd floor. She was originally scheduled for 3:00 PM, but received a text indicating the time was changed to 11:30 AM. Nobody bothered to call and see if this time worked for her.
Both movers were nice and moved her things in 2 hours. There was an elevator so they didn’t nave to climb stairs. They did have an accident with one of the plastic tubs where everything fell out onto the floor. Luckily nothing was broken.
However, when moving her Lazy Boy sofa, they managed to scratch one of the front legs. Plus there was a lot of hair/other particles on the same end of the sofa as the scratched leg. They didn’t bother to mention this to her. She noticed the problems after they left. She was able to remove most of the debris, but the leg on the sofa is going to need major repair or replacement. She’s had this sofa for over 20 years and is heartbroken by the damage. This move should have been extremely easy. There’s no logical reason for the leg on her sofa to be so damaged. We definitely won’t be using this company again or recommending them to any family/friends.
Best movers we have ever had! Professional, polite, hard working and fast! I wasn’t sure we would be able to move our piano and these guys got it done! 100 percent recommend!

I had a complicated move, mostly owing to 12 plants, 2 of which were about 8+ feet tall. Plus, the usual furniture and stuff. Brandon and his team planning the move, including how much wouldn't make the move in order to fit the plants, were flexible on the date so the weather was cool and were super efficient loading and unloading. Would definitely use them again!!
Excellent Experience with this team of movers. Best price, but were also one of the few places that would help with a 2 hour move. I had a small pod to be unloaded and it wasn’t the easiest situation with my pod location and apartment complex restrictions. But movers were great, continuous communication before and during the actual move process. I had some very heavy solid wood furniture and they were very careful, no issues, hire them! Thank you again for everything, until next time!
They were very accommodating with their services being flexible. They work very hard and get things done efficiently, fast, and professionally as well. I highly recommend this company over any other company in the Treasure Valley. You won't be disappointed!
