Unprofessional and poorly explained care
The dentist's bedside manner was very disappointing during my visit for a filling. He didn’t explain the process or even inform me there was a change from a crown to a filling until it was done. At the end, he just told me not to chew anything hard—very unprofessional communication. Also, parents aren’t allowed to accompany their kids, which is upsetting and not family-friendly. While the hygienist and office staff were kind and professional, I wouldn’t recommend this practice due to the poor dentist experience.

I had such a great experience with AJ! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment.
AJ was genuinely kind, patient, and attentive, and you can tell he really cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend AJ to anyone looking for a great dental hygienist!
I’m a fairly new patient of Boiling Springs Family Dental and have had 3 very good appointments there - first initial cleaning visit and then 2 for some dental work I needed done. All the hygienists were great and Dr. Williams was very thorough, kind and gentle. He explained every step he was taking and was understanding of my concerns. The front desk ladies were very pleasant. Overall, I am very pleased with this practice and definitely recommend it.
The staff is friendly from the time you check in and checkout. I have been for 3 cleanings. The first was regular cleaning and then Tasha my hygienist recommended a deep root cleaning which was done a few months later in 2 visits. Tasha is very professional and informative. She explains the why’s and how’s. It is very apparent she is passionate at what she does. I have moved several times over my life and Tasha stands out from all of the rest. It stood out to me how she picked up on my sensitivities and adjusted her procedures to do her best at making me comfortable to get the job done. I am very pleased with her and all staff I interacted with. I am beyond happy that I tried this place out after being reluctant to leave my previous dentist. I look forward to my future appointments.
This was my first time here. Everyone was so nice! I don't remember everyone's names yet but Tasha was my hygenist, and I met Dr Casey Williams. They did a nice job of explaining everything to me. I was amazed at how the technology has changed over the years. I'll be going back in a few weeks for more follow-up visits.
