I called A&R in the morning and explained how I had no heating or hot water and they sent someone over that afternoon. It was Myles working on it and he quickly identified the issue (a faulty expansion vessel) and clearly explained it to me which I appreciated. He managed to fix it in the interim while the part that needed replacing was ordered. The following day, I went to book in the next step and they fit me in on that day so that I would be sorted ahead of the Easter bank holiday weekend.
Super super grateful for everything being done so quickly and really pleased with everything. Myles is great!
5 star service. Called first thing in the morning and the engineer Tony attended in the early afternoon resolving the issue with my boiler the same day. Would highly recommend A&R Boilers to anyone in the Manchester area.

Quick turnaround. Came the day after I sent the enquiry. Miles came out and did the repairs to the boiler, gave us a rundown on the work completed and a walk through of the boiler timer/thermometer. Extremely friendly and professional.

Been a customer 20 years service has just slowly deteriorated. Monthly debit gone up and i dont think its unreasonable to expect a call once a year for Β£300. (they seem unable to phone me to arrange an appointment.)

Asked them to give us a boiler service and report on a property we wished to purchase. Cancelled the first appointment with no notice and then serviced the boiler without even a conversation about condition etc which was the whole point of the inspection.
