Exceptional service from home heroes today. I got an excellent response on the phone from Claire and Matt was able to visit the same day, diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly. Friendly, professional and super tidy service . Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

It's incredibly reassuring to have a reliable and trustworthy company to call when you have heating problems. The whole Boiler Zone service is consistently excellent from a calm voice on the other end of the phone, a quick response, a magically working boiler and value for money too. They have never let us down and are currently busy installing our second boiler. Guiding us knowledgeably though initial planning, to pipes and all from scratch. They are cheerful and produce quality work

The engineer seemed friendly and efficient but he was 2 hours late for his appointment time and nobody had bothered to let us know until we rang the office to find out where he was. For this reason I've only given 3 stars

Unfortunately, the engineer had not informed the office that he was running late that day, so we were not aware until you called the office. That is not our company policy, and I apologise. I would also like to inform you that that particular engineer no longer works for Home Heroes.
